The location of the Hotel was close to Pasadena City Hall where we were doing a senior photo shoot the next morning. It was also close to Old Town Pasadena so we had plenty of places to eat.

We were not told ahead of time when we checked in that there was a parking fee. When we got our final bill is when we saw the parking charge. Hotel guests should not have to pay for parking, this is not NY City where space is limited.

The breakfast was good; the service from the staff was excellent. The rooms were small but clean.

The pillows were just awful. The bed was fab but the pillows were just not up to the job.

Great welcome, lovely pool area and an almost perfect location for the old town restaurants, shops and bars etc. The room was spacious and the air con/heating was very efficient. Shower was great and the bed was dreamy. A very comfortable hotel and we would definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.

I did not like the slamming doors; barking dogs; of guest; EMS and Traffic noises; dust build-up in my room and carpet. I did not like my room not having a detailed list of all the services you offer guest in my room and how, where and when to obtain them. I did not like to have housekeeping services every other day, If I'm staying for a week. I would have like to have the uninterrupted rest I needed for at least 4 day without housekeeping services or until I requested it or something I need.

Well, I had to deal with almost nonstop EMS, Police and Traffic noises daily and nonstop, which should have had a reduced room rate. Since I needed a Top floor room and #629 was the only one available. And, I had to listen to room doors slamming shut which I should not have to hear at all and wish I did not have to hear it. And because you allow pets, I had to hear a dog/dogs barking every now and then (I don't have a dog). And, no one told me you had a Guest laundry room. I found it by accident which looking for the Ice Machine on my floor. And, PLEASE get your housekeepers to VACCUM and DUST your rooms (with NEW Dust cloths and Vacuum bags) every time they clean it and the hallways (to remove dog and human dander and allergens). I suffer from Allergies and Asthma, which has been affected greatly because of DUST, etc. in my room and your hallways.

They wanted to put us up in a room facing the street which concerned me about the street noise, and later confirmed by my friends. Instead we got a room with a half window and the view of the air ducks. The hotel had plenty of rooms and we checked in on Friday so they could have given us a better room. Is it because Booking.com takes a big cut? I don't know.

Rooms are quiet and clean. Loved having a balcony so we could open a window for fresh air! Nice courtyard. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Parking garage was also convenient.

At the beginning they did not "refresh" the room for two (2) days, but after I complained they did it every day.

The room was big, confortable, with a small refrigerator (which we did not use). The beds and pillows were very confortable. The hotel is well located quite near the old town with restaurants and bars nearby. It has a smoking place by the pool. The staff was very friendly.

The staff at front seat were unfriendly. They totally ignored the messages I sent over Booking.com. The room didn’t even have any water for guests. The only thing they had in the bathroom room for guests was a piece of cheap quality soap, shampoo and minimum amount of towels. The coffee machine was very old and small. The price should have been half of what they are asking for what they provided for their guests.

The only hood thing about it was its location. It’s situated very close to old town Pasadena shops and restaurants. And that is why we chose to stay there.
