Rochelle at the front desk was tremendous and created a very relaxing visit She was able to troubleshoot and facilitate our stay even in the presence of an entire hockey team trying to check out.

The price that was charged at the bistro after a long day to just relax at the bistro, have a drink or food, but the prices were outrageous. I would much rather go out to a nearby restaurant.

Looking tired in places. Very noisy in corridors, people talking loudly and even shouting at times. Children running up and down until quite late. Only 1 lift meaning long wait times. Did not live up to expectations, however if needs be I would stay there again!

All ice machines were temporarily out of service since Friday, 09/08. Our mini fridge isn't cold enough as we arrive and gradually getting cold during our 4 days stay. A/C unit isn't accurate on temperature setting, either it's too cool or not. Exhaust fan in the bathroom works but no suction to remove steam after shower and stinky smell too.

The location is near the airport, restaurant and gas station. The King-sized bed is good and comfy. The parking spot has an easy access to our Room #216. Luggage cart was useful to carry our suitcase and other stuff to our room.

No ice machine working anywhere in hotel. All machines needed to be replaced front desk informed me. Told bar would give me a glass of ice. Had to wait in line for 5 minutes for a small glass of ice. Had to pay a $5 parking fee even though the hotel is in a strip center with other retail. I paid online. But told at check in that no payment has been made. I was told I would need to pay again and just request double payment later. "As this happens."

This isn’t a negative, but rather a heads up for other travelers: due to staff shortages / Covid, some services aren’t available (cafe closed, limited housekeeping).

Clean, quiet room - exactly what we needed while attending an event nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated the coffee available in the lobby!

Staff didn't ask for ID but asked for the name of the person running late so they could check their ID before coming. I turned around and said why wouldn't do that when you didn't even check my ID?. When arriving no information about the hotel felt like I had to dig for the info. Like food? Extra blankets, pool.

The pool was only open for Friday and Saturday, not Sunday. I booked the hotel wanting to use the pool but was not able to because of this. No where on the website did it indicate this prior to booking.

Limited cable channels available and the cafeteria was closed. They forgot to add body wash to the bathroom. The airport is nearby and the noise of the planes could be loud at times.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was courteous and willing to help. They answer any questions we had. There is ample parking available.
