Rooms were dated, and A/C couldn’t cool the room. Also, staying on the second floor you are right at the pool which can get a bit noisy.

Liked the location for why we were there. Made everything easy and convenient to access.

My first room had a loud noise coming from above the room (my AC was off) which meant I had trouble sleeping. Moved to a different room which was better, but still some background noise when AC was off.

    Spacious and nicely decorated.

I did not like that the hotel did not state their would be renovations during our stay. Looking at the pulled up carpets really made the trip seem less luxurious. I would have rather booked another time when the renovations were complete.

I thought the room was pretty comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the A/C the most and the shower pressure as a second. The bed was comfortable too.

There are several things that we did not like: the TV would stop working several times, the engineer came and finally got to work after about three try's. The water was off for about three hours and they called to see if housekeeping could clean and they did not come until the next day.

    The location was great!

Give option for two single beds. The lobby was under construction - very loud and dusty and there was no breakfast option. Pool was constantly being cleaned and one of the two treadmills in the gym was broken.

Close to town centre. King bed was comfy, staff very friendly.

There was a significant construction/renovation in the lobby that we were not informed in advance. Lobby and restaurant was completely out of service, therefore no breakfast. They had only valet parking service by $40+tax (no free parking place for the customers). To pay +40% of the room rate as valet parking per day was a little stretch. (Hotel's own web site states that: "Parking: Parking is limited not Guaranteed, Oversized vehicle valet parking is $45 plus tax Valet parking, fee: 40.00 USD daily) Hair dryer was not working and we informed the reception. We couldn't receive a working one immediately. We were able to get it after second reminder, following day. Could be a second phase construction preparation, there was a gentlemen in the aisle, continuously using a technical engineering camera with a tripod, he was recording/measuring our aisle.(similar to this equipment: https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/photo/survey-equipment-camera-tool-for-civil-engineer-to-royalty-free-image/807430464)

The hotel was under construction which wasn’t stated upon booking the parking fee was ridiculous. the room was situated right across from the elevators so if your curtains were open customers getting on and off had a clear view of your room

The stay was fair the hotel staff was nice and professional.

It is excessively expensive and they force you to pay $45 to park your car on top of the over $200 per night price. They did not have breakfast because of renovations but breakfast costs additional when they aren’t renovating. The amenities do NOT match the price tag.

It’s pretty and a great location. Also, the room smelled great.
