To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOne suggestion - I wish there were small rooms available for business needs. I was in Pittsburgh for an event, and the event changed to virtual at the last minute. Although the hotel staff was very accommodating with a late check-out, I still had another meeting at 3pm. I ended up sitting in a common area with a lot of background noise during a zoom meeting.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful!

There were some basic things to eat in your lobby (cookies, ice cream, etc.). It would have been nice to get a sandwich, at least.

Was in town for the football game. City is beautiful, everyone is so friendly, and you can pretty much walk everywhere. This hotel was a 30 minute walk to the stadium. Nice walk through some of the city and along the river.

Well there was no hot water. For 300 + dollars I would have expected hot water. I did receive a 100.00 dollar off, however I believe that was high dollar for one night sleeping. Did go out for walk to enjoy a meal at jazz bar. The room was quiet.

My go to hotel when I attend Tekko con at the Lawrence center around the corner. Always clean and the employees are very welcoming.
