I don't understand why I have to ask for fresh towels and then walk down to the front desk to get them on the second day of our stay.

The bed in room 335 was very soft and indented nearest the bathroom. Should be replaced. Would love to see just free coffee in the lobby with cream or milk, since no complementary breakfast. Also the drain stopper in the bathtub wasn't working so couldn't have a bath.

Close to highway, restaurants near by and on site.

We wished there was a hot tub, not just a pool. That was a disappointment. Also, tap water in the lobby, was the worst tasting water ever! Maybe provide a complimentary bottle of water for each guest at check-in?

Breakfast was delicious. I had the breakfast quesadilla, and my sister had the breakfast sandwich. We sat near the 2 sided fireplace, which made for a nice atmosphere.

We have short term rentals in the NH area and they were booked for the weekend but we didn’t want to go home so booked last minute on our drive through booking. I was disappointed by the customer service when I got there almost like she was offended that we booked with a third party. The lady at the desk was nice but our reservation didn’t go through in time and she didn’t have us or see that it was already paid for. She got someone from the back who couldn’t even be bothered to come out. Basically said it was my problem and I should call booking. Not exactly what I planned to do on my mini vacation. Anyway though it was rude and the customer service was lacking. It eventually worked out but don’t use a third party if ur hotel is clearly not into that. Lesson learned and I won’t stay here again. I like to feel welcomed when I walk into a property.

The doors need better insulation. You can hear everything in the hall as if your door were open. People’s doors opening and slamming all night and morning.

Due to construction, the breakfast advertised wasn't available. Maybe this is why the nightly rate was lower than comparable places.

Quite a surprise for us! While the hotel is just off I-95, the set-back and insulation compensated, allowing a good night's sleep. The facilities were excellent although the restaurant was still being remodeled. But thanks to a free shuttle to downtown Portsmouth, with a friendly driver giving good tips, we had a great time. We will come back.

It’s unfortunate that the property does not enforce their Guests that smoke to do so away from the entrance of the hotel; Guests that are arriving or leaving have to walk past this and it is not a great impression. The smell also lingered horribly into the lobby of the hotel.

The location of the property was great; nicely tucked away but very close to downtown Portsmouth and the shopping outlets and restaurants. The property is well taken care of and kept very clean.

There was no proper dining room, just a lobby. The morning we were there, the coffee machine was broken, so we ended up having breakfast downtown.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Kelsey. They offer a free shuttle service to downtown which we appreciated. The room was comfortable.

Room was not what I expected for the amount of money I spent. There was a chair in the room that was terrible. No way I would sit on it.

Fridge was broken and kind of smelly/hot. When I told front desk at checkout they didn't offer me anything. Coffee bar closed before check out.

One of the reasons we booked here was a good price and the pool. When we checked it out for location around 8:30 all seemed fine, though no one was swimming. Went back to our room and got my suit on and came to the pool, with a sign saying Pool Closed due to maintenance. Turns out it would have been opened at 10 but you wouldn't know that. Should have been posted when it would be open.

The room was exceptional. Loved the extra space, couch and desk space. separate toilet /shower from the sink. Lots of electrical outlets. Bed was great.

Some of the wood fixtures in the room were pretty beat up and could use a sand and stain.

Great location. Staff was kind and friendly. The hotel was clean and had good amenities. Breakfast wasn’t included but we did order and it was delicious.
