An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only 1 washing machine and dryer. We were there with multiple sporting teams and I had to get up at 4:30am to use the machines
Great location to attend events at the Henrico Centre. Many food options available within walking distance.

The room was fine and very clean, however the shower fixture was extremely worn out, leaky, and on the verge of complete breakdown. It really needed to be replaced long before I stayed in that room.. There was no free breakfast, just a faux Starbucks with higher than normal pricing. I would have appreciated a more simply off/on location from I-95, but it wasn’t too bad.
The room was quite nice, large, and comfortable. And the few staff with whom I interacted were all quite pleasant and helpful, including a very late (1:15am) checkin after a long day of driving.

The manager was very respectful and professional. The young lady who checked us in was not too pleasant. She made me feel like she didn't want to be there. My room was not so clean and my brother's room did not have a sleep sofa per my booking. I contacted the manager about our issue and he rectified my issue with my room with an exception that no one still came to clean the sleep sofa that had food on it and a bit of trash in the floor. I stayed there about 2 yrs ago when I was traveling back and forth when my mom was in the hospital and thought of this being a very nice hotel. Very clean, Great Customer Service and Very Accomodating. My brother was a bit upset that he couldn't use his military discount towards his stay though.
Beautiful location and alot of options for shopping and dinning.

I don’t know if it was just the facility, the staff, or a guest, but the second floor reeked of marijuana the whole time we were there.
Room was really nice, clean, in bed as comfortable as you could expect for a hotel bed.

I paid $25 to have breakfast included in my rate. There were few breakfast options and I had to pay extra if I wanted a Starbucks specialty tea or coffee. I won’t make that mistake again.
The room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The food ordered from the little in house was excellent. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, just the right temperature for the warm weather.

We stayed here twice. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. There are several different restaurant options, an easy walking distance from the hotel. It was a nice place to relax and unwind.

Paid for 4 breakfast meals. Was told it was only a $5 credit per person. Not happy. Ended up spending an additional $36.00. Felt like this was a bait and switch. Won’t use booking or Priceline for at least a year. This will be my way as a consumer to voice my displeasure.
