The location was excellent because we went to Magi Mountain. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping near the hotel The staff are always wonderful this is why I dtay at this hotel whenever we come to Magic Mountain.

LG TV- response to the remote control is only located on the top rim left to center. Yikes! Partner had to call Hotel service to show her how to get a response from the remote control. Unfortunately he was tall and didn't allow her to use the remote to see if she got it. I got it. Funny.

Clean & Comfortable for an overnight stay. First floor room available. Snack & drink cabinet for easy access where the honor system is respected as you notify the front desk of your choice. Ice machine nearby.

Miscommunication and confusion about breakfast

Staff was great. We checked in late, but the desk clerk was great and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We requested rooms next to each other and got it even though they were busy and booked out.

Sink backed up initially. Got food and we ordered food that was not available, no one said anything and the brought out regular pancakes Rugs need to be vacuumed in the corners a lot of dust.

King-size bedrooms were not ready at check-in, so we had to change to 2 queens. It worked out fine. No worries.

Although the windows opened, the room was on a very busy, almost freeway, noisy road. (Keeping the window closed kept the room quiet though.) There was supposed to be free Netflix and Showtime but neither were available.

There was a comfortable couch in the room, in addition to the very comfortable bed. I liked that the windows opened. Lobby was nice and the pool was spacious.

The restaurant was not worthy of being called a restaurant. The food was horrible. The parking fee was egregious.

Our check in wasn't until 4pm, which is tough to do in the middle of an amusement park day. Also, the room hadn't been very thoroughly cleaned which we only discovered after adjusting the TV for better vision and pulling out the moveable desk. There were noodles and food debris both under the television and on the moveable desk

Kind staff, large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps instead of the tiny bottles, beautiful pool area, decent portions for the included breakfast

THE ELEVATORS!!!!! so noisy sometimes feels like its gonna get stuck and a single bottle of water $7 !!!!!! luckily walmart is very close so we get a 40 pack for that same price

The check in process was very long. I spoke to the lady who checked me in earlier in the day and she knew my reservation was already paid for yet she forgot. Then I came downstairs to get the bottles of water she wanted to give me and my family at check in and another staff member wanted to charge me 5.00 a bottle. She ended up giving me 4 tiny bottles for free. Overall, the hotel was just fair. Kind of dingy and way too expensive for what it is.

It was very close and convenient to Six Flags. I also like that they have a shuttle to the park which unfortunately we didn't get to take advantage of.

Rooms are small and the lighting was terrible. The lighting was very dim. Had to pay $10 to park, that is ridiculous and wish the little cafe would have been open more.
