The rooms are small especially the shower. My room face the road and it was too noisy with traffic.

Showers were tiny. Breakfast vouchers at IHOP instead of a restaurant on the premises, as advertised. Elevator requires room card to operate and often results in extended rides if not timed right.

It rained most of the time I was in Honolulu however the temperature was warm.

There was no complimentary breakfast for the guests. This was a first for me. Every Marriott that I have stayed in had a complimentary breakfast with no extra charges. Had to call room service between 345p to 4p due to room was not cleaned yet.

The acess to the pools was great. The sunscreen was very helpful.

But, only one ice machine for such a large hotel, which was broke down the entire stay...(that's ridiculous)! Shouldn't have overbooked your location, or should at least discount my rate if you can't provide me with the Suite I bought & paid for! Don't you think? That seems like bad business practices to me! If it wasn't for my daughter's wedding week, I surely would have changed to another hotel that would have properly compensated me. Its Never too late folks! Never had an issue like these on the Mainland, which seems crazy!

The room needs a thorough clean up- bathroom was very dirty, smells urine, carpet is dirty, the dispensers are empty, and the balcony furnitures are full of bird poops. Also, the freezer had a leftover items from previous clients.

The rooms could use updating. Shower stall in our room was tiny and the water pressure wasn’t great.

The location was great. We were close to everything without being in the heart of all the hectic tourist traffic. We also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the pool.

I am confined to a wheelchair and has to be an accessible room. The accessible room was in the main building and it was fine but a little small for a wheelchair. But the room was very accessible

This hotel was valet only, which costed an $55. I was also charged an ADDITIONAL $95 extra per room for a "service fee" and security deposit, even though we didn't request any extra services, and we weren't alerted till the day of that we needed to pay all this extra money. Staff had a bit of an attitude and sounded like they didn't want to talk. We also requested neighboring rooms, as well as called ahead in order to secure neighboring rooms, but I guess the memo wasn't recieved because we ended up having rooms 11 floors apart. The pool also closes at 10pm, which also sucks.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but good. There was a microwave, fridge, AC unit, and TV. There's a pretty nice pool, as well as a cafe in the lobby. It's also super close to the Waikiki Strip, which was convenient.

The over the bath shower wasn’t what we initially saw when making the reservation. The room itself was large in size for a party of 3. However when housekeeping made up the room, they only ever left two towels and we had to constantly ask for towels to be delivered. Also housekeeping every other day just didn’t work. The property bathroom was not the cleanest and the facilities were dated. We weren’t offered any bell service and had to carry our own bags up and down stairs.

The location was amazing. Within walking distance of the beach and hop in hop off buses as well as your pickup locations.

Maintenance let themselves in after we checked in and housekeeping came knocking at 830 to clean and asked what time we would be checking out. Why have a check-out time if housekeeping is gonna be the alarm clock. They came and asked what time we was leaving and came back at exactly that time.

Loved the location and the 2 pools plus all the amenities included
