I did not find anything that I would or could complain about!

The front desk staff were outstanding, very welcoming, helpful and accommodating! The facility was clean and fresh and well maintained. The breakfast offered was good and the staff were active keeping everything clean and replenished. Our overall stay at this property was outstanding and a location we will definitely visit again if travel takes us to the area!

It was great, nothing to NOT like!

Had to leave at 6am so breakfast was omitted but lunch in bar was excellent prior day. The coffee in the self serve containers was great! Loved the environment, the staff was outstanding, polite, helpful!

We got put in in a room for the disabled and the shower has no means of being used except when it’s handheld. This was not helpful. The towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall. I fixed it as best I could but it needed the correct tool to properly fix it. All good apart from these items.

They tried hard to accommodate my wife’s dietary restrictions after a week in hospital.

Ice maker by our room was so noisy. It was jolting when someone would stop by to use it. The TV didn’t work in our room (by the bed). We spoke to security in the hall a couple times but nobody came to fix it during our 3-night stay. We expected a lot of kids because we brought our son to Charlotte for the Savannah Bananas game too. But, these kids were crazy and they were loud. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because the kids were screaming and jumping in and splashing everyone. Their parents weren’t watching them or they didn’t care. The kids were also throwing things off a balcony into the pool area. Their parents were drinking and they were loud too and using profanity. We tried to ignore them but it was uncomfortable with the yelling and they were intimidating so we left the pool area altogether. We ordered pizzas to enjoy poolside with our son and friends and the loud families wanted the table we were seated at in the shade so they could have all of the shaded tables for their multiple families and about 15 kids ages 8-13. If we got up to throw something away, they’d move our chair despite having a pool towel or personal belonging on it. They could see we were eating lunch and our son was swimming but would come sit for a few to eat and then swim again. We didn’t take up multiple tables or chairs. Our group shared 3 chairs. I saw this same behavior during the breakfast buffet from these families. I was ashamed of their behavior especially in front of the sweet ladies working so hard to refill all the breakfast items and keep everything tidy. The staff did a wonderful job with breakfast and keeping up with the demand on such a busy weekend. Also, the vent in the bathroom was disgusting with mold/dust. Around the window by the bed were also spider webs, mold/dust/mildew. It was gross to look at but you couldn’t miss it when laying bed looking out the window.

The wifi could have been better. I was the only one that could connect to it, but it wouldn't allow my husband or my kids to connect. Our phones were really slow without being connected to the WIFI in the room, so I would end up having to allow whoever needed to be on the internet to connect to my hotspot, and therefore I wasn't even using the WIFI anymore.

The breakfast was really good. Usually when we go to hotels, the eggs for example are never really that good. Whoever does the breakfast for this hotel did a great job. I like the fact that there were options on the type of sausage as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My children and I truly enjoyed our stay! It was very comfortable and peaceful! We enjoyed the scenery and the breakfast was delightful! I would definitely stay again in the future!
