The room was nice enough. Spacious. But the furniture was a bit outdated and "well loved". The bathroom, unfortunately, is where my complaints are. The tub had an unpleasant and uninviting ring (it looked aged and rusty) around the drain. The toilet was a bit slow to flush, and the sink was ice cold unless it ran for several minutes. The shower had nice temperature and pressure, but the tub was incredibly slick as there were no texture tracts. This did cause me to fall and gain injury. To wrap it up, I'd still stay here again. Overall, it was more positive than negative and worth the price I paid.

Overall I had a nice stay. The staff was incredibly nice. Front desk to housekeeping, our interactions were consistently positive. (Although we were under the impression housekeeping was on request only; they did not service our room the first 2 of 4 nights and then came in unexpectedly the second 2 of 4. So maybe a bit better communication on that front is a good idea).

The shower was very difficult to get to work. The shower curtains were too small for the shower causing water to leak on the floor. I got locked in the parking lot. The instructions were NOT clear on how to exit the parking lot.

When checking in I had confirmation from Booking.com staff said they had no record of it and my confirmation # was for booking not the hotel. Unnecessary panic. It was clear we had a reservation and final she found it & apologized. There were parties going on .... guest were loud & partying in hallway / awake till 5 am made it difficult to sleep.

Although the rooms were nice and the bed was very comfy, the noise from the pool is extreme. All noises echoe through the very beautiful inside garden/lounge area. I was on the 3rd floor and quite a bit away from the pool but heard all the excited screams and early morning a whistle which was the worst. Just keep in mind when getting a room, but still I honestly really did like this hotel.

The advance payment I made thru Booking.com was never sent to the hotel or they never received it, so basically i was double charged for the room and neither the hotel or Booking.com would refund the difference which really sucked.

The location and value for the money are very good. Rooms are very nice, no restaurant though.

First room they gave me was terrible, reception person said they didn’t have anything available. So I spoke to the manager, and they found me a better room. Bathroom sink was cracked but functional.

Lots of loud door opening and closing banging starting at 7 AM. Send maybe someone in the end room or a group of people had a party that night which I didn't hear but left lots of garbage that when I finally got set up enough to take a look at 8 AM several people are bringing out big bags garbage, not sure if it was I guess or the housekeeping, I think it was the guests. Secondly I asked for my room to be clean for my second night, I asked in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon it was not done and I asked again and several times again and it was never done. Not a big deal, what disappointing.

Very easy checking, very friendly efficient staff at front desk. Enjoyed soaking in the hot pool in the inner atrium. Comfortable clean room. Nice and quiet for the most part accept for noisy early morning.
