Before arriving I messaged hotel several times via booking link, however no reply . It seems there is some problem with communication. I have to call them to find out answer. Aside that , everything is fine.

It had an old feel. The room was musty or had a cigarette smell to it.

Parking. The app is not user-friendly. The cost should be added to the bill, not via an app with too much detail. It's too much hassle to stay at hotel.

Great location with proximity to the airport. The Sheraton is nicer than other hotels on the strip. Bar and grill are open till 10/11, and they have a good breakfast selection.

Vacuum and dust! There were cut nails (fingers/toes) on the furniture and carpet. There shouldn’t have been a Parking fee in a crowded lot having maintenance.

Got a room on the Lobby floor.. would have prefered first or second floor as people in the lobby were passing outside my room and Privacy was compromised.. had to stay with curtains closed all the time..

Our room was clean, but the hallway pretty obviously needed a vacuum.

Our flight was delayed and we had to book an airport hotel last minute -- fortunately, this was a solid choice. It had a 24-hour shuttle service, and we didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for it in the middle of the night. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It served our purposes!

The kids playing in the pool was so loud, you could hear it in the closed elevator on the 7th floor, as well as in the bar when trying to enjoy a quiet drink. I was told at check in breakfast was included. When we went down in the morning, the gal working the buffet informed us that no breakfast was included, and that we had to pay if we wanted it. We settled for just purchasing a coffee. She did give us one complimentary for the confusion. Looking back at my receipt from Booking.com, breakfast WAS included in my price. She made it seem like breakfast was never included with the room.

I booked an upgrade, was charged for it and then was placed in a standard room where the air conditioning was broken. I went down to the front desk, they moved me and my son to a different room, promised to credit my card for the inconvenience but I never received the credit. I went down to the front desk again before we left and was told that they weren’t aware of any credit. The straw that broke the camels back was that I was never told that the breakfast buffet wasn’t complimentary and was charged an additional $46.00 for it.

Close to the airport, food was excellent, clean, staff super happy, other food options close by the hotel. Great amenities unfortunately was unable to use them because we were in for a very short period.

Overall great experience. Room was nice, it was quiet and the pool was a perfect temperature and hot tub was nice. The only complaint was that they charge 10 dollars for parking. They rent the lot out to non guests so there were almost no parking spots to park. They do not offer room service or if they do they did not have a menu in the room.

Price for breakfast in booking.com website was pay at the hotel $16 for person at the hotel they charge us $26 for person.

The room wasnt really clean. The shower had not really much pressure. The music from the bar was running threw the whole night! Was hard to sleep.

The hotel was very close to the airport. Just like 15 min to drive. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. And the gym was great to do a workout, enough space to do exercises.
