The staff was horrible. I avoided the lobby because my check in interaction was terrible. They didn’t even act enthusiastic to see me for check in. Just dry. Acted like I had been there already and spoke to me like I knew where to go and what to do already. They were very unprofessional. I work in luxury hospitality settings and they need to be trained again.

We had an issue with the thermostat, but it was fixed by the next morning. Cold water in the pool, I've seen other people just turned around and didn't want to swim there. Breakfast could be better. Almost No choice for people with milk allergies. Fried potato? For breakfast? (Mashed potatoes would be more popular) boiled eggs would be nice too. Almond milk, almond yogurt. Basically I could eat only fried potatoes and sausages. So I had a choice to have an allergy and diarrhea or heartburn. But it's ok I'm survived. Some people at the front desk could be more friendly.

It would be nice to have a ventilation system in the bathrooms. The room had dust on the dresser and the trash cans did not have bags in them.

The hotel was nice, easy access to the area. The beds were comfortable.

The company took more money from me than what I was supposed to pay. The employees lied to me and didn’t not help me at all. They put me on hold for 45 minutes to come back and lie to me. Horrible experience. Paid double for a room.

I didn't like that breakfast was available but I had to purchase it before hand. Wasn't a big deal because there was places near that served breakfast.

Everything was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Met a maintenance worker who was very helpful as well.

I did not like how our toilet ran all night in the room. And the breakfast you pay $16 for the same foods that o can get at another hotel for free that was a major rip off!

Our room door was very difficult to open. You literally had to jam the handle down and then push with your shoulder. there was also a deep red stain on the hall carpet that I kept walking around.It was a pleasant stay.

I never do reviews, except this time. The housing keeping lady started knocking on all doors around 9am. All the doors around my room has “do not disturb” hanged, including mine. She woke me up by knocking on my door. After I said come later, she moved on to the next room, regardless the sign. I worked in housing keep when I was young. Do not disturb sign does disrupt my work schedule in some way. This knocking door gesture is a way to say”wake up, I need to do my job”. So if you don’t want to be disturbed the next morning, call front desk and ask your room not to be on house keeping schedule the next day. That may give you a undisturbed morning.

Room 518 was very dated. Carpet was atrocious, Very stained and dirty. Toilet ran and made noise all night.

Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Large TV. Proximity to Ruth’s Chris.

the breakfast was good, but I am glad it came with our room package, I don't think that what was offered was worth the stated price if we had to pay for it. I expected a bit more being one of the higher end hotels with IHG

The breakfast was very disappointing. If I had a car, I definitely would have driven elsewhere. The food was not very appealing. The toasters did not work well and looked as though they had never been cleaned.The servers seemed more concerned with collecting breakfast vouchers than providing a decent meal. I expected more from a Crowne Plaza. I would also suggest some sort of turkey bacon or sausage for those of us who do not eat red meat or pork. There also was no microwave to heat up the pastry.
