To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe staff wasn’t so nice at the front desk or in the restaurant I was ignoring several times and at the bar I just walked off and didn’t get anything. She seen me there. I asked her about a drink and she walked off, so I decided I didn’t want anything and walked up as well when I first walked into Check in it was too ladies, checking in was actually checking someone in and the other was standing and she seen me and never asked me or said anything to me and then someone else walked up. She helped them I was like wow I was standing here.

United States of AmericaWe were next to a room that says staff only and when we were getting ready for bed you could hear them moving things around probably getting stuff ready for the next day. Kind of wish that since I booked for 4 that the breakfast covered us 4 not just 2 of us since we would of ended up paying 40 more dollars for my kids to eat there we just went else were.
We loved the size of the room. There was enough room for us to move around comfortably and not feel like we were all smushed.

The hotel is located centrally along the I10 and 610 interchange with easy access to Uptown/Galleria area, Memorial Park, MId-town and Museum District. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Generous size room with comfortable bed. Typical amenities.

United States of AmericaThe elevators were down to 2 and with staff also needing the elevators if 4 people were in the elevators they were crowded, it could take you 2-3 passes before you, your guests and luggage could take an elevator! For it to only be 6 floors there should be more elevators or it should be faster!
The location off the freeway was great! You didn’t have to navigate all through Houston to get to the location! A lot of available open free parking and if you’re there looking for fun a huge entertainment mall across the freeway!

United States of AmericaWe rented two rooms and had to move to a third due to an overwhelming bas smell all the rooms have. One of the rooms still had a wet carpet until later the next day. These rooms have musty smell due to the lack of fresh air after cleaning the carpet. The staff was accommodating by moving us to another room but forgot our small refrigerator requested. The third room wasnt as clean as the first two
