The spacious accommodations in the rooms was perfect for a family. And the rooms were very clean. The check in wasn’t great- but Daly Grace went out of her way to get us into a room alittle earlier. We had plans and needed to change and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a room to change in!

The smell in the hallway was off putting. I'm not sure if it's a cleaner they use or what, but I guess I'm just glad the room didn't smell.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I came in super early after being at the hospital with a family member. I was tired and sad and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. I wish I could remember his name, I was having a hard time and he was so reassuring.

The hallways and carpeting were dated. Lighting in the halls was dim, the elevators needed upgrading. ? mold in the bathtub, TV remote didn't work, Kuerig didn't work.

I spent one night. Took shower in morning before departure, water was backed up ankle deep be showers end. I informed the staff upon checkout. She called maintenance while I was in the lobby. So her response was immediate.

The room has only minimum amenities. Also, the room has a coffee maker but no free water (water server, etc) is available throughout the entire facility.

The room was very clean and easy checking in and out. Not far from Tanglewood.

That fact there was no parking available on as the parking garage was condemned and u have walk around building which difficulty when ur walking with people who have knee issue planning for surgery. It was very inconvenient.Two of my party had handicap placards and their no handicap parking.

parking situation is very poor, having to walk a long distance. The handicap parking was poorly marked in. The staff came running out, saying I had to move, but it was not marked as handicapped. It was not clearly marked, where the loading /unloading zone was.

beautiful furnishings in the suite. Bathroom was extremely tight and almost a tripping hazard. Pool was very nice, but they should have a changing room immediately adjoining it.

Seems a little run down. Parts of the hotel are falling apart. Beds were smaller than advertised. TV did not work and took multiple hours to get fixed.

Good location to downtown pittsfield. Breakfast buffet was good value if booked at time of booking.

My room was dirty. One queen bed had evidence of a previous guest...hair on the sheets. Hair and soap scum all over the bathroom sink, garbage still in garbage cans and the toilet was dirty.

The hotel was nicely renovated, it felt clean. The room was spacious and the location was in the center of town close to Lenox. The staff could not be more accommodating. The restaurant is very nice although I did not care for the food. Breakfast was disappointing as it was a minimal buffet, the room where is served is very sad.....

There was pieces of the ceiling falling and all over the floor of the bathroom. The tub did not drain and I found red starburst candies in my bed. There was a dried blood splatter on the wall.
