Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe hotel rooms are kind of weird. Dated, I suppose. Visitors should be aware that the regular rooms, all of them without balconies, do not have windows that open. The bedspread on my bed was stained, so I just removed it and was fine using the other bedding, which was clean.
The front desk staff member was very professional and helpful when I asked for help with an issue with my room. I regret that I lost the piece of paper with her name on it (my mistake due to a stressful family situation), but her assistance and professionalism were exceptional. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor, which is nice. Parking seems safe and easy.

United States of AmericaThe bed and pillows. The duvet cover comes off in the middle of the night, but a lot of them do. (It's a common and poor design.) The worst part of the room was the old bed with a swayback, and the couch was a bit the same--not so comfortable to sit upon. The pillows weren't the greatest either. It's a functional room design though, and furnished with a Keurig, but no microwave which I actually prefer. There's also no free coffee or anything in the morning, though they do have Starbuck's coffee for $3.00, and free refills--and it's pretty good--better than most hotel coffee. Also the parking--they said they'd comp parking, but then I found a $10 charge for each day on the bill, which I just paid. It was a bit of a drag because there's parking nearby within a quarter of a mile in several directions and I would have just preferred to do that if I had known I was going to be charged. And it's irritating since they have LOTS of parking spaces.
The little balcony was great and looked out on the fir trees. You can hear the I5 and Kruse Parkway with the window open, but not at night on the East side of the building. The reefer is great, though I've read some folks had difficulty lowering the temperature. But pressing both up and down arrows simultaneously for 10 seconds or so seemed to permit a lower temperature, though it might take 30 minutes to chill to 4 C. There's a Chipotle across the street, a passable restaurant, a hamburger joint, and a Starbucks. Trader Joe's is about half a mile down the road, past a few more restaurants.

United States of AmericaI was in a room that connected to another room through a door. I could clearly hear the person next to me and he had the TV on very loud until after midnight and then turned it down a bit for the rest of the night. Not much sleep that night!

United States of AmericaThe room seemed a little old, needed some freshening up. We had a King Suite and the water faucet in the kitchenette had to much water pressure & flowed past the sink, so we had to always clean up the water on the counter.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was VERY small - toilet was crammed in with the shower - hard to even open the door. There was NO room to put any toiletries - no drawers, no shelves - the only space was right around the sink. A cabinet could easily be added to give the guest somewhere to put things away.
We had a 1 bedroom corner unit with a little balcony - very quiet.

United States of AmericaChoices for breakfast could have been better and our first night, for whatever reason, one of the elevators was so noticeably stinky! The elevator was cleaned the next day but how did that smell stuck there for the rest of the night? Also, the daily parking fee and the expensive coffee/tea add to the bill. The guy who checked us in at our check-in night seemed so slow, we waited longer than what could be deemed usual or acceptable for our check-in process to be completed.
The property was able to accommodate our requests (high floor room with view, 2 queen bed room). The room was clean, no smells and it was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever on the rooms themselves.
