Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Puerto RicoOur room was close to the street so it was very noisy. Lots of cars and ambulances sirens.
The location is perfect very close to the airport and cruise port. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable.

United States of AmericaClose to airport and cruise port. Check-in took a bit longer than should have. Only one person working desk. Really should have had more. When the second employee came in to help at the desk, his remark under his breath was louder than I think he meant it to be. There were lots of guests to check in, and I can only assume he wasn't happy about that. But the first gentleman at the desk was working hard and helping people best he could. Within walking distance to very good pizza restaurant. I would suggest taking a Lyft or Uber to cruise port instead of hotel's shuttle. The shuttle charge is $15 per person. It cost us $12 total with a lyft. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaLarger rooms would benefit from overhead or recessed lighting. Also, a love seat would benefit the accessibility rooms.

United States of AmericaI booked a handicapped room and was disappointed to find its location at the far end of the hall, which was a long, long walk. Terribly inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. The room itself was not well lit. Better to situate the room close to the elevators, and with more lighting.
Excellent location for anyone traveling to or from the cruise port area.

AustraliaThe area surrounding the hotel is quite industrial you have to get taxis to go to the harbour or shops its not pleasant to walk anywhere. The beds were so high I literally couldn't get on without help, but I'm quite short and they were super comfortable.
Close to Airport and Cruise Terminal. The hotel was clean and modern the bathrooms were great with walk in showers not those awful step over bath type.

CanadaThe shuttle service. We contacted the hotel from the airport to arrange for a shuttle. The person we talked to didn’t seem to know anything about a shuttle. We were then told it would be there in 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and a shuttle never came. We ended up getting a taxi to the hotel. The the next day when we enquired about the shuttle it was $15.00 a person and a taxi was a flat rate of $20.00. We were very disappointed in the shuttle service.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the quality of the breakfast buffet. The quality of the food was subpar given the price.
The beds were so soft and comfortable. The bathroom was also fully stocked with many towels and full-sized toiletry bottles. The room was also very spacious!

United KingdomHotel took a preauthorisation for the price of the room for the one night stay plus a deposit freeze - $372.55. We paid the full amount on departure separately from an other bank account. Hotel says they released the preauthorisation freeze from my own account on our departure day (7 March). It’s now 28 March and still no funds have been returned to my bank account. Chased twice to hotel (first saying be patient we have released the money on 7 March). No reply to second chase a few days ago. Buyer beware. It would have been a nice stay if not for the hassle now of getting my money back. Other reviews suggest this is a frequent occurrence for Crowne Plaza. Come on CP. Get that glitch sorted.
Really accessible for cruise port. Comfortable room. Good welcome at reception in very early morning.

United States of AmericaThere wasn't a safe in the room so I had to carry my money and valuables with me. I didn't want to leave anything in a safe at the front desk even if there was one. The lobby was basic, no where to get a drink and relax. We were at the hotel for 2 days and the bill was over eighth hundred dollars. We will not stay there again.
