the environmental policy needs re thinking and some changes, which I have personally addressed with the team, who ensured me it will be looked into and where possible adjustments will be made, in my view it will be crucial for future success

cute property with lovely, well appointed rooms in a superb location, just 5 min walk from the main street with restaurants, bars and shops and the harbour, breakfast is good and sufficient. Biggest asset is the wonderful team at the Hotel, all of them make the difference from being a good hotel and an outstanding one , thanks for everything

The only downside, which was fixed the next night was that we like a cool temperature at night. The baseboard heater was on and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. We could control the heat pump with a remote but that didn't affect the baseboard heat. It turns out there was a thermostat in the hallway that controlled the baseboard heat for multiple rooms and a staff member found it and turned it down for us on the 2nd night.

The staff were wonderful and the experience was great. Loved the mineral bath and steam room.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was very good and in the afternoon there were always snacks and drinks in the club room (very cozy). From the hotel you could walk to the center of Provincetown in 5 minutes. If it wasn't so far from Germany, we would come back every year.

I think the Point restaurant was great and food delicious..But...you need help. Our server on Valentines eve was wonderful but needed at least another server.

Everything was great. There is not a thing that I didn't like about my stay.

The breakfast is really great. The Spa was also very good. The wine hour at 5:00 p.m. is above and beyond expectations. This is a great place to stay.

Wonderful bed and breakfast with lots of extras that put it above the rest. Nice staff, wine and cheese hour, beautiful gardens, good breakfast, hot tub, optional spa, and the location is great. I would highly recommend to stay here.

The hot water issue was a huge inconvenience on that first night but the staff went out of the way to make things right by sending up a free expensive bottle of champagne and discounting over $300 off of our orior bill to compensate us for the upset that caused, This outstanding customer service combined with the unparalleled location and generally sweet and thoughtful team managing ths location, make it a prime destination for all travelers! We will be making this our #1 choice for any future visits to PTown for sure!

We loved the ease of check-in which was set up for an online check-in in advance allowing us simply to walk into the location and get the room key so we can get up into our room after the long journey! The staff eas extremely accommodating whenever any snags surfaced during our stay and readily offered guidance all along the way! One issue to take note of, however, is that the front desk is nt available to address any issues after 8pm. So, when our hot water was not working the first night there, nobody was available to address this issue until the next day. I learned that this non-hot water issue impacted the entire building and, in fact, was an event I've never experienced in my entire life at anyplace I ever stayed, including hostels in Europe. The staff did profusely apologize the next day, offering a discounted rate for the subsequent days, and even sent up a free bottle of champagne, all of which was deeply appreciated. However, having SOMEONE on call after 8pm surely would offer some general peace of mind as we were left with a general sense of "who is in charge?" throughout that evening after 8pm when we had to take freezing showers after our hours-long jouney to get there. All else was perfect -- parking, location, amenities, free breakfast made to order - and the staff did go the extra mile to make things right when this hot water event happened due tom reportedly vague circumstances beyond its control, I do wholeheartedly recommend this place, as does my travel companion, as the positive factors far outweigh any discomfort which the hot water issue created during our first night there!
