Employees literally yelling outside our door in the hall at 08:00 in the morning just to communicate with one another while being only 10 feet apart.

Staff in the Tavern weren’t as friendly as the hotel staff. Food nice.

Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating, letting us have a late check out when we had a late flight home. Always plenty of fresh towels. Rooms well equipped, spacious and clean. Location great for exploring south beach. Free Beach trolley stops close by.

There were rules in the room which made me feel very uncomfortable we are grown adults and as such no how to conduct ourselves so being told we would have to pay a if there was make up on towels or sheets isn't really what you expect from a hotel. Apart from checking out I didn't feel the staff were very friendly

The room was clean and a good size the hotel was in a good location for the beach. The young girl on reception when we were leaving was the only time I felt friendliness towards us.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room , meals should have been included in stay . Breakfast should have been included given the price . Tv signal was in and out and WiFi was in and out .

Free cocktail hour seemed disorganized. Took forever to get a drink and very limited on options.

The staff were incredible, super accommodating and made our stay. Big thanks to Carlos who helped organise some decorations in our room as we were celebrating a bachelorette. The beds were also super comfy! Location was also great and an easy walk to the beach

Room air conditioner never made the room feel comfortable. Either damp and cool or too warm. Beds were really soft which we are not used too. No complimentary coffee in the morning.

Only two elevators and then closing up the stairs for most the weekend. Putting me near the noisy, closed-off staircase while they worked on it with power tools.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Away from the hustle of South Beach but close to walk to great coffee shops and beach. Pool was very nice and comfortable, shade or sun!

Restaurant was slow, happy hour was confusing, restaurant staff was not very friendly, no carpet made the floor in the rooms feel cold and wet/humid, not a lot of storage in the bathroom on the sink or shower

The bed was a little bit firm. Not so bad but not so comfortable. The hotel is a little bit far from Ocean Drive. You may walk but not with a toddler. The beach is a little bit mossy. The pool is only 4ft at most. However, these are not big deals with this p/p.

The hotel location is very good, close to the beach (~5min walk). The room was more than enough for a family (2+1). it was very quiet and relaxing. The closest beach is really good. I recommend the hotel's restaurant, every meal that we ordered was perfect and delicious! There is happy hour every day between 5-6 pm. The rooftop view and comfort are really worth it. You can reach the hotel very easily from the airport.
