The misleading ad (bait and switch).

There was no breakfast. The online add clearly said complimentary breakfast. After checking in, I asked about the breakfast, only to be told that there was no breakfast. I pulled up the add on my tablet to show the add. The attendant said the form I signed at check-in showed no breakfast. I shared with him that the only reason I picked this hotel was because of the online ad showing that they did have breakfast. This was a great disappointment.

Flip over door lock broken. Deadbolt worked. Door bent in. Had to slam top and bottom at the same time to shut out light coming through. Probably had been forcibly entered at one point. Basically what can be expected from lowest budget hotel in town.

Water was clean, other guests were respectful of noise, on a quieter street (little road noise) beds were fine.

While expectations weren't necessarily high, given the sub-par reviews, I was not satisfied by the cleanliness of the Hotel Room. The age of the facility and room was starting to show, and in some areas the finishing/grouting was exposing external linings.

Danville being such a small tow, the Hotel is conveniently positioned to reach the highway in as little as 3 minutes, while being surrounded by places to eat. Parking is free and in front of the rooms.

Lighting could have been improved. There was no light over the desk, and the light over the mirror was bright but the direction was straight out rather than lighting down. The bathmat was a bit stained, but it was clean. I heard sirens from time to time but felt safe.

The room was very basic and had everything I needed. The bed was roomy and clean. The shower was spacious, and the spray was hot enough and strong enough. There was no mat, which in this time of Covid, I appreciated. The refrigerator functioned just fine, was clean, and had plenty of room for food.

Uncomfortable bed. Shady things going on with some of the occupants. The bathroom looked to be remodeled recently but terrible work barely a coat of paint on wall could see through the paint the mud and tape. The caulking was in huge blobs.

Definitely needs updating, burn holes in the bedspread, cracked toilet and floors, stained mattress cover saw a few bugs but it worked for our stay and was convenient for rock fest.

Worked out well to have a convenient place to lay down every night after the long days at Rock fest.

Needs repairs to walls and a security lock on door. Got woke up at 2 or 3 am by. Someone banging on metal outside was too afraid to see what it was.

Beds where hard as a rock,the shower handle was loose needs replacement.Need a coffee pot in the rooms.Needs breakfast for the guests.Needs Smoke detectors for guests safety.needs better paint job in the bathroom.The whole facility needs to be smoke free for health of people with asthma and other breathing struggles.
