Being pre warned by another customer at the door, i should have listened. And if it wasnt already midnight, pre-paid on line and no where else to go.. I would have left...... VERY, VERY much in need of renovation. NEEDS CLEANING at the very very least. Carpets were nasty, smelled funky, walls were yuck, bathroom...uhhhh. Just don't. Booking.com, you shouldn't even offer this place as an option. Days Inn and suites... shame on you! I am extremely disappointed by a company I had always trusted.

literally no breakfast:( the room was nice it was just the ac that didn’t work and it smelled like cigarettes. Other than that the location was fine . Would definitely only recommend a one night stay

Well the guy said breakfast started at 6 and he’d be there all morning and that there was no end time on breakfast. No phone in the room, so there was no way of reaching the front desk! The lobby is under renovation, the door was locked when I got there, and I had to ring a bell and wait out in the cold to long!

A/C is a little noisy, I think needs maintenance. Supplies are not enough for the occupants, like towels etc.

We went for breakfast at 9am but the worker said it was only offered until noon and did NOT let us have some. The room had a hole in the wall and the shower curtain was broken.

The beds were comfortable. The fridge and the tv worked.

We saw two rooms because I accidentally booked smoking but didn't want smoking. Both rooms had damage poorly repaired, light in the non smoking room didn't work, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom over the tub and in the corner of the bedroom. We were looking a cheap bed close to the event and that's what we got.

Nothing I was appalled at the condition and cleanliness of the room. Holes in wall, the sheets were dirty and carpet disgusting. Hotel manager was not available to resolve any issue. In the condition our room was in should never have been rented. Very disappointing.

When I made the reservation, it didn't mention that the lobby was under construction so I had to check in through a small window and no services were provided!

I didn't feel safe. It seemed as if people lived at the hotel and walked around all night. It was a lot of suspicious looking people hanging outside the premises. Not only that, the room smelled like cigarettes, the tub had hair in it, the floors weren't swept, and the carpet needed replacing. The hotel staff were very rude.

Pool wasn't available (tarp covered). Unable to access the front desk and dining area due to construction. Wasn't informed about breakfast. Loud temperature control (a/c) unit.

I requested a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelled of smoke and had an ash tray. The breakfast was very minimal, I was expecting more than a to-go bag of a few purchased items. There weren't enough towels for the number of guests I stated on my reservation, and one of the towels had hard chucks of something on it. There were gobs of hair and other "garbage" stuck in the carpet. The USB charging ports were broken and the plug in receptacles were barely functioning.

rooms just didn’t feel very clean. hot water took FOREVER to get warm. bed sheets had burn holes. trash behind tv. AC was sort of broken. only have us 2 towels.
