One of the beds were broken but we slept in it anyway. The house keeper didn't come and check our room after I told the manager.

Breakfast was terrible. Pre packaged Danish was open already...coffee was terrible...was there 5 days and no one attempted to clean the room at all. Was told if I wanted fresh towels that I had to bring the used ones to do an exchange because they didn't have anyone to send to the room. It was only 1 person so thank goodness I stretched them out.

The bed was definitely worn down. The middle of the bed was sunk in so much it was hard to get comfortable. The temperature of the room made it uncomfortable as well. It was like so master what we set the room too it never got comfortable.

No washcloths or hand towels, even at desk. Internal secondary locks on doors pretty much inoperative. TV & fridge didn't work. Pieces of dead leaves inside sheets when first turned down bed. Outside stairs rubber not secure, I nearly fell down stairs with my suitcase.

The bed was big enough but it wasn't that comfortable. The next morning went to take a shower but didn't have any bath towels only wash rags, a hand towel and bath mat.

Close to the Ohio Expo Center. We made the trip from Indiana to attend Ford Swap meet. I asked for handicap room since I am still using my knee scooter. The staff did just that, room on ground level with no curb to get over.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The breakfast did not have very many options. There wasn’t any waffle batter. There were no hard boiled eggs. Only 1 type of muffin and danish. Raisin Bran and corn flakes and white bread for toast.

Location was within walking distance to the fairgrounds, we were able to park in the hotel parking lot and walk to the fairgrounds. I was able to check in early, which was very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable.

This is a motel style accommodation. We were on the ground level so people walked by window often. It was very humid when we were there, the a/c seemed to struggle with this (felt humid inside room).

Location was okay. Didn't take long to get to Convention Center. Staff were great. Breakfast was simple, fine. Room was clean.

Everything needs updated and cleaned, dirt in spots was just gross. Shower curtain stained, dresser stained, walls stained. And why will no one ever accommodate travel nurses in night shift. I always have to pay for 2 nights rather than the extra 7 hours

The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived and it took waiting an hour in line at the desk just to check in. The pool was closed. The rooms are outside accessible.

The parking lot was good. Able to park close to our room. The room was mostly clean
