We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesold style office / breakfast was ultra simple. Grounds of property was pretty sketchy…. Lots of trash and trip hazards! Actually saw a guest fall after tripping on a handicap ramp. I stayed because I had my small dog with me … no facilities or pet relief area. Furniture in room was pretty scuffed up.
Seemed like mid update on property. Room interior was modern in an old building… shower was decent… water pressure excellent!

I stayed in a king spa suite and it was completely renovated and clean. The bathroom looked like those that are in 5 star resorts I went too.

United StatesThe hotel needs to do a little bit more upkeep in regards to the interior of the rooms. The first morning after I checked in, I left for the day for an event. When I returned housekeeping had arranged all my personal items, including folding clothes, and touching and arranging my toiletries. I thought that was very strange and unexpected. When I let the office staff know that I prefer that they touch my personal things they just looked at me like I was crazy.
The area around the hotel was very nice.

United StatesThe room we were given was only partially remodeled. Tile work in the bathroom was nice The wall in the bathroom had been repaired, but still needed to be textured and painted. Multiple electric outlets had a strange deep cover on it. Our plugs would fall out of the outlets. The plugs worked perfectly at the Comfort Inn the day before.
The young lady that checked me in remembered me from a phone conversation that involved me arriving a day later than booked. We had a connecting flight cancelled on us. She allowed us to check in early in the AM

United StatesI had to clean out the pubic hairs and red stains out of the jacuzzi from the previous guests before I would even think of getting into it. If you're going to offer the jacuzzi bathtub you should really take the time to make sure the reason for the extra cost is in pristine condition for the guest. My humble opinion. The parking kinda sucked as well.. The free breakfast is very sparse and making a guest leave a deposit of $100 for the room for one night and giving it back to them after a checkout inspection is treating your guests like they are malicious. I'm 60 years old getting a room with my wife. You already have my credit card information if the room was damaged in any way, it clearly states, when you check in you sign an agreement that you are responsible for ANY damages that incurred during your stay in the aforementioned room. The staff working at the time of checkout was rude and short. I have been coming to this hotel since the late 80's, early 90's. Me and my wife stayed in the honeymoon room you used to offer with the heart shaped bed after our wedding in the early 90's.
I liked the room well enough and I loved the jacuzzi bathtub.. THE STAFF WORKING AT NIGHT WAS AWESOME, so were the maids..

United StatesMy wife's handicap, there's 2 handicap parking spots was park by car and truck without handicap sign. I told the front desk and he suggested me to park my car on the street. Really...wow what a suggestion..! Definitely not gonna stay in that property no more.. First time stay at Days Inn with bad experience, never go back to that hotels.

United StatesThe room, the bed the toilet. We had very motivated water damage on the ceiling and around the entrance of the door, nothing was done to cover it up. The bed, well that was a nightmare, it was on what seemed like metal wheels and metal springs. Every small move I'd make made so much noise. Not to mention when I did sit on it it moved, not to mention the sheets had holes in them and the cover had stains. So I left to Walmart to buy a blanket and tossed it out after. Our toilet seat was not tightened, when I sat down I practically slid off. The tissue box in the wall was barely hanging on. The fridge we had was dirty and smelly. There was trash all over and construction in the parking lot. We bought our towels after seeing our provided towel had stains. Our lighting wasn't the greatest either. I had to open the curtain to get some type of light in. But I'm sure there are better rooms at this facility. I didn't take pictures because by the time I checked in I was so exhausted from my drive.

United StatesArrived and found the lobby locked and having to talk to the desk via and ordering window as if I was asking for a hamburger. No elevator and I walk with a cane. Room assigned upstairs and far away from the steps. Went into the room and the clock and TV we unplugged for some reason. The morning "breakfast" was below par. There is also some electrical upgrade work taking place so there was fences in the parking lot and trucks and workers coming and going during the day.
Once in the room, the bed was very comfortable and the climate control worked perfectly. It was also a nice size for a single visitor with a desk and two chairs for my use.
