Air conditioner/heater was unplugged. Unable to reach carpet level socket to plug back in! Had to walk back up to front counter for service. (Long walk! I’m handi capped!) once unit was plugged back in and working; very noisy unit. Easily could/would wake you upon turning on/recycling each time! All personal spoke & understood LITTLE English!😣😔

Stayed in room for 8 nights, room wasn't cleaned,slept on the same linens. This property still have a problem with cleaning properly under the brim inside the toilet to prevent black scum from building.

First room had a horrific smell and a huge leak. That leaked from the ceiling onto my head before noticing. Bathroom was super dirty. Was excited to take a bath, but couldn’t stomach the thought after seeing the bathroom.

The room needs much updating. Spiderweb in the corners/the flies were ridiculous. Bugs died and were not cleaned up from previous cleaning, so this show that the room was not ckeaned properly (just changing the sheets). Mold in shower area that seems to be covered up. Hole above bathroom mirror. Furniture stained. No phone in the room.

The staff was excellent. They accepted pets - was the reason I chose this location. Also, the washcloth seem like they were new and of good quality.

The room was dirty and lots of stains. I always use room coffee maker, I never touched room coffee maker. There was dirt particles all over it. The ice bucket had no plastic bag and there was dirt particles all over it. There was plaster peeling off ceiling. Rust stains on door. The breakfast was a coffee, two juice flavors, loaf of bread, 12 yogurts, packet oatmeal, and one waffle maker. When asked for a bill when checking out the woman at the front desk would not. She even would not email the bill to me when asked. I stayed at a Days Inn in Rutland VT and that place was not any better, so staying at this Days Inn in Easton MD was no surprise. I now have concluded Days Inn is a horrible place to stay at.

The pool was supposed to be opened by Memorial Day weekend, so we were very disappointed when it was not since there was absolutely nothing else to do at this location!

The 2 staff members, Stacy and Sam, were very accessible and accommodating.

Breakfast didn't have egg, no yogurt left and batter for waffles was too liquid. I told the receptionist and she ignored my complaint, then I showed the results from the liquid batter, I asked to talk to the manager, she said there was no manager. Conclusion: it was a terrible and very poor breakfast

Things could have been maintained better. There was an electrical box for the bathroom switches that was hanging somewhat off the wall. I'm sure it wouldn't have passed electrical inspection. There were other somewhat damaged things that should have been fixed.

The place was filthy. Every corner of my room was gross. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, countertops, mattresses, floors, walls, mirror, sink and the nightstand was dirty. The worst offender was the bathroom!! Floors, walls, door were all dirty and I could write my name in the gray soap scum on the bathtub. my blow dryer was a fire hazard due to a broken plug and finally, the breakfast was a joke.

As soon as we walked in there is a strong mildew smell. So strong we had to go to he store and get things to fight the odor. There were so many flies in the room when we checked in and another type of bug I couldn't recognize. Mold in the seams of the fridge that we had to fight to open. Would not recommend a stay here. Very old building,you can tell there was a bad leak from the ceiling, mold around the ceiling and the damaged ceiling that was just painted over.

Very upset when I went for breakfast at 9:30 am and was told by staff I was too late even though I arrived exactly at 9:30. They wouldn't even let me get some milk. I tried to call the front desk the night before and the next morning to find out what the hours were but no one ever answered the phone.
