The staff was too busy playing with each other to check in the long line of people. Three people behind the desk and only one of them kinda working. When I got to the room, the floors were dirty, I mean there were several big spots of god knows what on the floor (2-3"). There was one light by the bed side (the other one was missing. It was just a hole in the wall), no other light to speak of, so it was very dark. Half of the door safety lock was missing, it had looked like someone had put a hole through the door itself and it had been patched with plaster...literally. The plaster wasn't even painted to match. They were also doing construction in the room next to mine, this was at 10pm and it's no where near the airport. It actually felt pretty unsafe.

There really wasn't much good to say about the place, unfortunately. The bathroom was clean, so I'm thankful for that at least. I would not book here again.

The sheet on one bed was dirty and had what appeared to be a blood stain. My reservation said breakfast included but when I asked,, the receptionist looked at me strangely and said there would be bread and coffee in the morning, there was only coffee, nothing else.

The staff was friendly, overall the room nice with a fair location. Mostly the price was good even though there were some problems.

There were rooms that had all the funishings yet ours didnt?i called the office and shectold me that some rooms didnt have the accomodations that other rooms have.i left it at that but i counted more than ten rooms with everything like fridge, microwaves.and to top it off our room was the far corner so the wifi dosent work on the tv or phone etc.

I had stayed here before, a couple of times. There were a couple of flaws in last visits, but this time it was extreme. The location is right if you're shopping or doing something in East El Paso and they placed me in a room in the back part of the hotel, so at least I didn't have the Freeway noise right at my window. Apart from that, everything went wrong. The room was gloomy, the microwave seemed to work (room 333), but when I tried to heat some dinner using a microwave-safe container, there were sparkles and smoke coming out. I just unplugged it, that is seriously dangerous. I ate my dinner cold and partly uncooked, but that is nothing compared to the risk of fire. Linen and towels were clean, nothing was in pristine condition, but acceptable, the curtain did not close well, so you get sunlight early in the morning and possibly gazes of the odd passerby. There was no telephone in the room to call reception, there was no closet, cabinet or wardrobe to hang clothes at all. At least the back part of the building gives an overall impression of decay, it wasn't like that about a year ago when I stayed there before. They are working on repairs, but they shouldn't rent rooms that fail to meet a minimum standard.

The price, it was possibly the lowest priced room in town ... at least from the options in this listing.

Being the cheapest property in the city, it did come with a family of roaches in the bathroom, they kept it to themselves tho. Still a little expensive for the standard.

Good location right off the highway, little hard to get in the parking lot tho being next to fast traveling traffic.

The remodel is of very poor quality. My toilet wasn't bolted down so it rocked back and forth. The baseboard were peeling of the walls. The ac didn't work or the lights by the bed. You need to replace whoever is doing the remodel. Albañiles they are not!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful when my key stopped working.

NO BREAKFAST as was advertised. NO POOL (closed, drained) NO Fridge power (outlet not within reach so we relocated fridge in front of TV to plug in) No chair, no desk lamp, Bathroom door didn't close (misaligned frame) No clothing hangar bar nor hooks Outside walkways badly cracked Freeway noise Parking lot was mostly empty yet they said they had only a couple of rooms available and none on back half of building.

Convenient near freeway... but no rooms with two beds on backside away from freeway noise. Door key card seemed to work every time, instead of multiple swipe attempts like some other faulty lock systems. Front desk offered a refund when I identified the differences in what was confirmed in the booking versus reality. We were tired and just took the room as-is.
