The place was too noisy. The AC was super noisy. Not so friendly staff.

The size of the room was fine. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was OK.

Staff seems a little to concerned with what’s happening in guest rooms. I understand a sense of vigilance but walking past doors trying to hear what’s going on and watching everyone as they come and go ? These are adults not teenagers. These are not dorms.

Road is still being renovated 10/01/23 and I didn’t get a wifi password throughout my stay. Make sure you don’t sleep in, didn’t happen to me but other occupants were getting knocked on & you could hear staff “ ROOM SERVICE, CHECK OUT ETC “ for a good 10 mins, they must be super strict on check out bc it was 11:04 am & the staff started knocking with a key, waking me and my partner up. (Check out is at 11:00am.) My restroom didn’t have enough toliet paper. It’s was an already used roll, and it lasted us one night, i bought my own toilet paper and wipes, but I was super bummed about it.

The room didn't smell too fresh. Some guests talked loudly in the halls at night.

The complimentary breakfast included breakfast sandwiches and Activia. I really liked it! They also had the usual, toast, bagels, cereal, and coffee. The bed was firm, but comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean.

First of all, the frontage road is completely tore up in front of the hotel, so you have to drive across a gravel driveway to get in. It will be a decent location once that is resolved. The price included breakfast, which was nice, but the only option was a pre-packaged sausage/egg biscuit. On top of that, they had signs everywhere saying not to take the breakfast back to the room. To me that's crazy as people eat in hotel rooms all the time.

The price was the best thing about this hotel. With a king room at just over $60, I didn't expect much, and not much is what I got. I was surprised to find the room had a microwave and fridge, but the fridge didn't work. There was an ice machine at the bottom of the stairs, so it was fine for the one night. The room was clean and comfortable. I just needed a place for the one night, so it was fine for me.

I didn't like being placed in the room closet to the lobby. I could hear some of the encounters that took place. There was also a portion of plaster in the restroom that needs to be repaired.

the microwave is shorting out and I could not use it the staff instead of replacing it they allowed me to use the microwave in the kitchen which was downstairs. it was inconvenient.

The access to the hotel is from Stemmons Freeway service road which had a lot of construction going on. They had torn up the access to the parking lot which made it difficult to find in dark. There is a sign with the hotel name but it was a bit difficult to locate at night. The parking lot itself seemed like it had a lot of gravel. It could be because of the construction just outside the parking lot. The hotel has plenty of parking on both sides of the building.

My room was spacious with a king-size bed and sleep sofa. The a/c worked very well which is very important in hot Dallas summer. The room had black out curtains which blocked out most of the street lights. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The TV had plenty of channels to watch. Wi-Fi was very good. There were several outlets in the room, although no USB outlets.
