I didn't like that the room was nothing like advertised. The breakfast was dry cereal and oatmeal packets! Was mysteriously charged an unauthorized $50 fee. No smoking facility but people smoking in walkways. We could hear everything going on outside and next door.

The front desk was extremely inefficient, and our check-in took almost a half an hour. The floor of our room was sticky, and the small fridge was rusty on the outside. We needed to have heat on, and the wall unit was very loud as it turned on and off every few minutes all night long. We did expect a little more from the “grab and go”breakfast then what we got: a granola bar and a children’s fruit cup. One of our rooms had to have new key cards made, because the first set didn’t work at all, and the second set was unreliable as well.

The bathroom was clean. There was sufficient hot water for showers. The bed was fairly comfortable. It was the least expensive place I could find in the location I needed.

We been to best Western Hotels and they offer a great selection for breakfast and they Cleaned our room everyday and we didn't have to ask.

The bathroom was inadequate when it comes to a place to put your toiletries. Just a pediatric sink and a mini glass shelf. The toilet was for midgets good luck sitting down (don't tell back) and then standing. Hope you have good knees. Pillows were like rocks and really small. The Couch swallows you and has broken down over time. No comfy chair. Overall the stay was poor. Thank God for a good bed and shower.

Shower pressure and temp were great. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and took care of a wet floor issue promptly.

We did not feel safe. Other nearby guests were loud and the stench of marijuana was overpowering all night long. There is no breakfast included. It is a brown paper lunch sack with juice and a muffin.

The armchairs clearly dirty. The breakfast was a vast joke :a doggy bag with a bottle of water, a cereal bar and a cup of fruit from china ! Enjoy. This room was clearly too expensive for what it 's worth

The location was perfect to return our rental car at the airport. The room was big enough and the bed was comfy. The staff was nice.

Very Limited eating for the Price paid and should have things available for guests to eat and drink till at least 12:00pm, (noon time) you don't just get people that are able you get just as many disabled people as well location should not discriminate as well.

It was fairly good. All in all it was a place to rest that's all it is extremely important and possibly without raising rates to so much better Curbside appeal.

We didn't need a 5-star hotel; we needed a clean room and a bed, because we were visiting with family nearby for the weekend. Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!

The bathroom could use a refresh or update. Didn't realize it was a pet friendly location, some of the pets were a bit loud. Was a bit pricey as well, but I know they charge more for the holidays.

The room smelled old and musty, like if someone was smoking in it. It also felt outdated. The pictures on the website didn’t match what we paid for. We did appreciate the small fridge, but a microwave would have came in handy also to heat up our food. The phone in the room didn’t work either (Room 204). In the reviews I read about the updating of rooms since 2021. It looks like the room we stayed in might have been bypassed. These photos must have been from a different Wyndham location. My biggest complaint was that I had asked for a late check-out which the receptionist said was “no problem” but the day we were going to leave, we kept getting knocks on the door from housekeeping and what seemed to be a Manager saying “HELLO ITS CHECKOUT TIME”. We found that very annoying and rude. What was the point of offering a late checkout if your going to be pushing me out along with everyone else? I feel that a list of rooms “Not to be disturbed” that requested a “Late check out” should be given to staff so that they don’t get disturbed before they have to. Hopefully this list helps. The smell in the lobby was not pleasant. The initial smell in the room was stuffy and old. The person that checked me in literally coughed in his hand and touched my driver license...and was yawning mouth wide open unbelievable and just nasty !! False advertisement of a continental breakfast.

The room was very clean. The younger gentleman that checked me out was very cordial and answered my questions.

overall the hotel property needs some upgrades and renovations, the over all maintenance and look of the property is dated. the second floor smells like cigarettes although its a non smoking hotel. I also overheard they have people on social security living there, not an issue but its definitely a different experience.

the staff on the other hand was very friendly and accommodating.
