Toilet roll holder broken off the wall. Hall needed vacuuming. TV on when we arrived remote shut-off did not work so we had to unplug it which meant pulling the tv and credenza from the wall. The Bedside light and phone charger did not work if the light switch by the door was turned off. This electrical set up was ridiculous as it meant you had to cross the room in the dark to go to bed and could not charge your phone overnight while having it available if you woke up.

Close to highway, reasonable price, quiet.

Dog food in the hallway, Q tips behind the furniture, coffee (??) stained sheet, various smells in the very long corridors, tub very old and dirty, main light swith not working

There were bugs on the bed and the next day I had several bites. Hope they weren't bed bugs. Found one , but no others! ??? Was space for am easy chair?b but there wasn't one, only the desk chair. Otherwise had to sit on the bed. The shower handicapped, but no place to put the soap or any shampoo/conditioner bottles? The floor is not very handicap accessible.u

Location was good, and plenty of choice of places to eat.

Beds were a little firm for me. But was too tired to care.

I liked that the room was clean and inviting. We were in a non smoking room with a porch outside weather was cool and close to the pool

The helpfulness of the front desk person. She helped us switch to a non- smoke fill d room. W had stayed at this hotel about 35 years ago and it doesn’t seem to have changed at all!

The room was small and without any chair or seating/reading area other than the chair at the desk. The walls were quite thin; as a result, any noise/conversation in the hall was easily heard and quite loud. I took one look at the meager breakfast and decided to pass on it and invest $30 at a nearby breakfast cafe.

It was relatively inexpensive and easy to find.

That I've spent over 600 dollars within a month and I have not been offered not one complimentary night I also didn't likeI was short one particular day of a dollar and some change and I couldn't stay. No one offered a discount, only

The lady that checks me in is always kind. I enjoy the sliding doors on the first floor that allows you to step into your own little area of privacy and the pool is only a few steps away from the back door, there will be no need to long cold walks back to your room after the swim,.... Hopefully the pool works 🤔 Overall it was fair.

Could have been cleaner. Found children’s clothes in our room. Needed a good vacuuming. Air conditioning was okay at best.

Having to move. Which led us through a small smoking room corridor twice. I'm shocked they have smoking rooms even available

They provide a Continental breakfast, but we didn't go. Had an issue with our room but they quickly moved us.

Had ro enter the room from the hallway, but rooms have an exterior door where you can park right outside, great for loading/unloading the car. Smoke detector in the room was chirping, told the lady at the desk and the maintenance guy was at the room when we got back to it. Great breakfast

Location and the cleanliness of the facility

The property is in a good location, rooms and all parts of the property were clean and odor free, room was clean and was impressed the mattresses were double incased which shows they are doing everything they can to prevent mattress stains and bed bugs
