Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHotel is very tired and drab. There is a lingering smell in the air in the hallways and room that I was staying in. At least the AC was working well and drowned out the constant noise from other guests slamming their doors, loud talking in the hallway and could hear the room beside me.
Location - exactly where I needed it to be for the task I was doing.

United StatesWe were told through booking.com pet friendly before booking we contacted the property about 2 medium-sized size dogs. We were told that was okay all visitors and rooms required 100$ deposit. It Would be refunded when we left and the room was checked over. We left the room in excellent condition, picked up all trash, no dog accidents, or dog chewing on the property. The dogs slept on the blanket on the floor that I brought from home. Pristine easy flip for a maid. Today I received a receipt stating 50$ fee of 25$ for each dog. Like it's a normal fee even though never told you anything about this on your site, or via telephone, when I called, when I checked in, or checked out. 6 interactions total and this was never told to me.

United StatesFirst room we had the ac didn’t work at all. Staff came up and tried fixing it but it didn’t help. Got moved to a 2nd room which the ac worked but the phone did not. Did not bother reporting the phone because was already tired from the trip and I have a smart phone anyway. Also there was a $100 deposit on the room which was not disclosed on the booking site nor mentioned at check in which I thought was bit misleading. So now waiting on that to come back.
Place was clean and quiet and the beds were nice.

United StatesThe only issues are the beds are terribly uncomfortable and there is no elevator, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities who are placed on the 2nd floor (which was our case). The staff that checked us in was not the friendliest :-(
