ADA room originally booked reeked of smoke and masking chemicals.

Not enough towels for the people in the room. The room keys stopped working over five times in 24 hours.

The check in was easy but a deposit was charged for each room on one reservation.

The room smelled like smoke. The pillows were also pretty beat up.

Location was pretty good. It was close to commercial centers and also not to far from our target destinations. Relatively quiet and plenty of parking space during our stay.

The staff paid no attention to a group of loudmouth revelers in the parking lot around a pickup truck for about FOUR HOURS in the evening. After 10PM I called the desk and they apparently got them to stop, but not before then. They should have never allowed that party to happen.

The room smelled "vintage" due to very old carpet and furnishings. The breakfast was very limited; they were out of a number of things after only a couple of hours.

The price and location were the best things about this place.

Fix the door locks and card reader. This is the second time I've stayed here in different rooms and both times I had issues with the door. When I return, I have to go to the office to either reprogram my card or unlock the door all together

no elevator. our room was on the 3 floor. My husband and I are elderly and caring luggage up three flights was difficult. My husband almost fell down the stairs

the carpet is so so dirty our socks turned black, i wish they would do deep carpet cleaning. Also their lamps are dusty and have some spider webs. While we were checking the room before we leave we were surprised to find trash and food definitely not ours for sure from previous customers :(

i like how the location is close to stores/restaurants, and when you open the door its always breezy

The workers are so nice and they try to help you always. The location is very good.

Staff at night was not friendly and barely said 3 words. Did not explain how breakfast worked for next morning, we had it included in our rate but at 9:30am the breakfast area was empty. I guess they give you individual bags because of the pandemic, but no one explained that so we went to Starbucks down the road.

The parking was terrible. There were ants in the room as well, the bathroom floors needs a deep cleaning as well as the carpet.

The staff aren’t as friendly as you’d think for customer service. Also, called to the front and asked questions on my they “double charged” me and she said it was an “error” then hung up on me when I asked why. Do better!

It was clean enough, did well for a last minute spot. It was quiet and had space for parking.

It was a non smoking property yet as soon as I opened the door the smell was disgusting I tried a lot to get rid of the smell but nothing. The smell was bad.

I'm sure they were clean but the linens were stained. We only got two bath towels for four people; we had to go ask for more. They ran out of breakfast bags before breakfast was over.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind!
