It’s comfortable but needs to be cleaner this time.

Room 112 needs a little better cleaning. The A/C had lots of dust, spider web top right corner of room, headboards dust. Refrigerator there was hair and also stains from something that dripped on the sides. Bathroom shower walls not scrubbed, shower curtain wasn’t replaced. The bottom corners of bathrooms filthy. The wall in the bathroom hand grease stains and boogers or yellow stuff. Hairdryer and coffee maker dust. The last time I stayed here on the top floor was very clean besides a couple minor things but I understand housekeepers are limited on time. I know what to look for because I was a housekeeper myself. If the room is clean I leave a good tip. Maybe next time. Just trying to be helpful and not a Karen.

Michelle at the front desk was amazing! She helped me with a booking issue and was so professional and took the time to figure out what was going on. Also paid extra for a late check out that helped us with our trip accommodations! Greatness!

TV kept wanting me to sign up for something or another for Days Inn guest. No way to eliminate the pop up except to turn off tv. It kept coming on every 10 minutes or so. I did not call the desk to ask how to get rid of it, i just kept turning on and off the tv.

We had a room closest to the road and it was loud with the traffic going by and the room next door would shut their door very loudly.

Breakfast could have been much better. The rooms were not quiet, but staff has little to say about that. We could hear conversations and TV from next door.

Due to the number of working men staying at the hotel, there was little breakfast available by the time we got up. Had half our breakfasts out.

A little more food for breakfast. Variety was as expected for continental breakfast at a budget hotel, but quantity was insufficient. One banana, 2 apples, 3 mandarin oranges. Pastries and bread were ok, but milk was almost gone. I had to get a different remote for the TV and then run a software update.

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Due to remodeling, small issue with leaky tub faucet, ice machine not working. Breakfast was lightly stocked and not enough milk for cereal.

the fridge in the room had leftover stuff from previous person and the toilet looked like it wasn't cleaned before when using it there was toilet paper still in there. I still like the room it wasn't a big deal and I will continue to go back.

The breakfast was very bad and the excuse was that because they didn’t have a sink, they couldn’t give anything else for breakfast. So don’t sell the room with breakfast and adjust the price accordingly.
