There was not a real breakfast there was no covers the door had a big crack up under it cold air was blowing in no matter was hot and very good I was really upset that booking.com kick my money and did it messed up job and didn't return my money I ended up spending my own money checking in that I would like my money back from booking.com they're corny self

Room was a little run down; needs updating/remodeling. No breakfast offered. Hole in bathroom door. Entrance door hardware loose. Floor should be replaced.

Staff were rudely taking on their phones or speaking to each other. There was no WiFi, the TV was something from yesteryear and had no digital signal. I asked for a plug for the bath, which never arrived after 9 days of staying there. The room was dirty and not cleaned for days and worse of all its right next to a freeway which doesn't stop with the noise 24/7. Don't stay here.

in the foyer a woman on drugs asked us if we could buy her a room. The man at the front desk was not phased by her and took an extremely long time to call security. No hot water or towels in room. dirty tissues in room.

Going by public transport, so far from the airport. The room is very simple, I have been to Days Inn before and had better experiences than in South Tukwila. Breakfast isn't working so well. I ordered my breakfast and the receptionist said it was already finished.

The reception is open 24 hours and accepts my security deposit in cash.

Horrible shower, black mold on bathroom walls and ceiling, walls and pictures on walls were dirty, debris under sheet on bed(looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed) curtains stayed closed with a binder clip, tv and remote didn’t match, one light didn’t work in bathroom, stained fabric chair

There is no way this is 2 star hotel. This hotel needs complete renovation. Room missing lots of basic furniture. There is a table but no chair, shower but no curtain in the room. Lots of bugs roaming around. The armchair is so dirty if you sit on it your clothes stick to it. I am just comparing to other affordable 2 star hotels i stayed in. Never seen on this level bad before.

Bed was really small and the mattress was so soft and old. They had mattresses all over the place around the complex. Also the breakfast was kind of ridiculous. You can't even call it breakfast. I think the hotel follows the law of minimum effort. Old and neglected furniture and materials.

I had to supply an outlet expansion to use the lamp and clock.

WiFi slow and often unavailable. Room was adequate, staff was nice. I was double charged for room, once at check in and once when checking out. It took three days to get the funds back.

During check in evening receptionist mentioned that they are serving breakfast from 6.30 am, in the morning another one said that they are not serving breakfast already over 6 months but nobody change it in reservation systems...

Customer service was disappointing to say the least.

I booked a reservation at a nearby Days Inn and told me they were sold out. I got in past midnight so I had to find another hotel and paid much more. Unsatisfactory, the front desk was not accommodating at all.

Grimy. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our room. People had been smoking in rooms and we were shown 3 rooms to get the least Smokey. The mattress was absurdly damaged. Wouldn’t recommend to families or women.

The locks on the doors were loose and didn’t deadbolt due to misalignment, parts of the doorframe were missing from where someone had kicked the door in, hair, dust, grime, and dirty handprints all over the room, chipped and scratched pieces of furniture, the WiFi password provided didn’t work, no towels, and they don’t have a front desk number. It really looked like staff only changed the sheets and called it a day. I personally didn’t feel safe going to bed knowing anyone could push hard enough on the door and walk right in due to the locks and frames not lining up and being half broken. Luckily, I had my dirty, cat scratched, duct taped chair to prop against the door for peace of mind. WAY overpriced for something that looks like a crack house.

The only good thing about the property was good A/C although it smelled musty and the location of the property.
