You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No breakfast but I was ok with that. I didn’t expect much from some of the reviews. It is basic but a comfortable place to stay for a few nights
Location was great right across from the stadium. Stores and restaurants and texas live is within walking distance , housekeeping didn’t harass you at checkout like some places . Price was affordable , staff was nice

Handle on bathtub not attached, only 5 tv channels, car was hit in your parking lot not very helpful getting camera video, towels for one instead of 2, no toilet paper holder, no refrigerator or microwave in room

The staff was really unfriendly the night we arrived and the two “queen” beds were pretty small.

The rooms were bare minimum and cabinets were broken. After a shower the water didn’t go down. Also TV channels were all in spanish.

The water in the shower came from the faucet and the shower head at the same time. It wouldn't go thru one or the other so the water pressure was bad. The toilet ran. Half the time you couldn't get any channels on the tv. The bathroom needed lots of repairs.
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was right across the street from Cowboys stadium, so it was very convenient. I felt safe staying there alone. The parking lot was well lit, so I wasn't worried about my car. The room itself was very clean and spacious. It's just older so it's expected there be issues. I would stay here again just for the convenience of location.

My only issue with the property was that the rooms were kinda dirty. I could tell they were cleaned but there’s just some stains that aren’t able to be wiped off with a simple cleaning. The lamp in our room had stains all over, and the first room we got had big 3D stains on the desk. It’s also going through some renovations so I hope they fix the rooms as well. But other than that everything was great.
The location if you’re going to the AT&T stadium is the best. Not even Texas live is closer. We only stayed there for 2 nights but it felt safe. The guy at the reception was amazing, he was so nice and sweet. I felt embarrassed to tell him I didn’t want the room we got since I wanted a room with a stadium view and I choose the one booking said to pick for a stadium view, but we got a room looking at a fence. He fixed the issue for us. He was just amazing in general. The location is great because you have a Walgreens and Walmart at a walkable distance for anything you might have missed to bring for your trip. And there’s a little restaurant outside the motel that sales good tortas for a quick meal.

There was no breakfast, there was hair all over the bathroom. There weren’t enough wash rags to shower, there was no complimentary shower products, no coffee, nothing… just a room and a bed and tv.

Better amenities for the cost. No available outlets for charging cords in the room. TV was very poor quality.
Location was the prime reason for booking room. Still had to pay an additional $50 for parking and rooms were very sparse of amenities for the cost.
