Badly done renovations. 2 worn flimsy towels and toilet running all night. Tiki Bar music blasting at 1 am. Breakfast consisted of cold coffee white bread, eggs, waffle machine with no waffle mix or syrup. They brought out 4 scrambled eggs out at a time for the 12 or more people that were there. For $180. A night. Ummm no.

The toilet was not tight to the floor. The sink was clogged. The parking was completely filled due to the tiki bar clients. They also gave away the king bed I reserved. My wife and I had to sleep in two double beds, although he tried to sell them as queens.

It was convenient to the concert venue. The breakfast was okay.

I've been charged 5 days for a 3 night stay! A lot of construction workers stay there.

The local tiki bar is a fantastic venue. It's a good value based on other hotel costs.

Would have been nice if they took the plastic off the mattress when they made the bed. Very uncomfortable and hot. No hooks or rods to hang clothes. Minimal toiletries. Bathtub chipped and stained.

very unnecessarily noisy with the bar music. one night the music was turned down. the Mineral Springs needs overhauled and it will be an excellent property. it is in poor shape. the website said the resort was closed and I had to scramble to find another hotel. no one would answer the phone when I called. privacy is needed by the pool. no one wants to use a pool by a bar full of leering men.

The outside bar in the parking lot was noisy to 2am; used by the locals. Few vacations quest, many construction guest , No evaluator, just stairs i had to walk, asked for first floor since I am handicap, none were available, many were being remodeled. View was of court, pool etc. in unusable condition. First desk said the remodeling will be done by 2025. Mattress was too soft with no support. The floor was not vacuum, sand and dirty on the floor. Had to wipe feet before getting into bed. The faucet lines were reversed for hot and cold.

THE breakfast was good. kitchen staff were nice.

They could have made sure everything was operational before a customer gets a room with me the TV remote did not work the toilet was clogged there was no microwave to heat up any food if needed

The room was filthy, in bad need of repairs. The toilet wouldn't flush. I went to get coffee and there were a ton of ants in the sugar packet area. If it wasn't so late when we checked in I wouldn't have stayed!

The staff was not friendly or helpful. Always had to ring the house phone to get device at the desk. There was no phone in the room to call the desk
