Our room was cramped and crowded. Breakfast did not exist. Stale cereal but no milk. Stale bread - no butter. No donuts. No hot breakfast. nothing at all.

I liked the price which was supposed to include breakfast, but did not.

The smell was horrible. There were bugs & spiders in our room ( I took a picture). The outlets were in odd locations to plug in our CPAP machines.

The price was decent.

Room was very tiny and not worth the price. You needed a crowbar to get you into your room. Bed linens had stains on them.

smelt like wet carpet covered n disiclin, indian man at the front acted like i was bothering him, weird characters coming in and out of hotel at all hrs. breakfast was a couple snacks in a bag. we had to go outside in the cold to pick up wifi..never will i be going back there or referring anyone

The breakfast was less than I expected. The closet doors were off and propped against the frame of closet. It was very loud late at night. I had to call a number to get help connecting to wifi. They never told me the password and didn't have it written down anywhere. I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes and he still couldn't help me! At check in I was never told check out time, while looking in the book for somewhere to order food late at night I seen it said check out was noon. At 10:45 am housekeeping walked into my room assuming I was gone and my key stopped working. Front desk was rude about me not being gone already even though the book was wrong. I had to walk back downstairs 3 times to get a key to get back into my room and even then it didn't work. I had to track down a housekeeper to let me into my room to rush to leave as front desk told me to. The house keeper on her phone on a personal call the entire time. She never said 1 word to me but did follow me to my room to let me in.

Breakfast? Stale bagel or cereal with the milk coming from a gallon jug. Not very sanitary in this time.

Location was just where I needed to be. The shower was good. Good water.pressure and plenty of hot water. Probably because I think I was only one of about 10 people in the whole place.

The room was small, but we knew that ahead of time. Room had dirty towels, a tub faucet that wasn't working, no fridge, air was off at facility so it was hot, had to turn it on in room too so it was hot until the sub-par air started to make it manageable, breakfast consisted of mini blue berry muffins, plain bagels, frosted flakes, and a gallon of milk in a mini fridge, Apple juice maker didn't work, hotel worker told us the wrong room, was acting put off when I went to ask for more towels, and just gave off the I have something better to do than talk to you vibe. Hotel smelled like weed but what else is new now a days. I feel like I can't take my kids to any hotel now without feel of them getting a contact buzz 🙄.

The walls are paper thin, the towels in the bathroom were old and dirty. The TV selection had only about 10 actual channels and about five talking about Dish or advertising.

It was run down. Smelled like cigarettes. My bedding literally had holes from cigarette burns. While checking in the staff was yelling across the “lobby” at each other. It served it’s purpose for 1 night but I won’t stay again.

I didn't like that I had to wait two hours before I could check in. The front desk person got in her car with a gentle man and drove off leaving the establishment unattended.
