Microwave did not work, keys to the room did not work, I had to use the masterkey they gave me after attempting to enter my room twice. Towels were dirty, there was hair in the shower and the mirror was not cleaned. Sheets had stains.

Breakfast could upgrade

It was under new construction and it was still very comfortable the staff is awesome the third floor was already dine and the rooms were beautiful. The shower was hot,the bed comfortable will stay there everything I go home can't wait to see the rest. The breakfast was limited to coffee and toast so that could be better but I understood. The weather was really bad and she even gave us extra hour to see if we needed to get another day so check them out

The smoke alarm was missing. So was he telephone. And if there had been an emergency, the window would need to be broken to vacate had the corridor been compromised. I understand that you were renovating this property, but it makes it unsafe for certain visitors. The carpet was somewhat sticky on bare feet. The carpets were in need of shampooing. No bath mat and only 2 towels. It's technically a room for 4. We moved the nightstand to effectively plug in a Cpap machine, and there was stuff on the floor behind it. Breakfast was un inspiring, and there was no hot water for tea. Your staff, however, were most helpful.

The carpet in the room was dirty, more selection of TV channels, there was mold around the bathtub, the bath towels could have been bigger. The first 2 rooms we looked at both of them smelled moldy and the carpet from the Air Conditioner was wet

I DID NOT get the room I reserved three days in advance. We were put in a room that had some damage in the shower and the cover sheets of one of the beds looked like it was stained with bodily fluids and smelled kinda mildewy.

The TV volume was not working for a while, connecting door to another room, and toilet was dirty along with some towels

Was placed in alternate room other than booked and reserved room. I was told all king single rooms were taken. The room I slept in did not have a working television. The room had a broken handle for the bathroom. It literally was missing the outside handle leaving no entrance if it closed. The smoke detector had a cover missing. Unknown if it was working. After advising the front desk I was offered to pick up my belongings and go back to the front desk and get a different room. The room also had two refrigerators. Possibly a room not intended to be used by guests. Also the hotel did not look to be booked to capacity at all because the parking lot was approximately half full. There were a few front row parking spots available when I arrived late in the evening.
