You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaSatellite and room phone didn't work. When I called the front desk, the lady seemed like there was nothing they could do or double charge me for another room. Eventually we got it to work. The lady at the front desk seemed exasperated the whole time we were there. I get being stressed but letting the customers see it is another thing. To be fair though I think they were severely understaffed, which is in no way her fault. Day 2 at the pool they had floomats instead of towels due to cleaning staff not doing laundry... really? Honestly, I would've given this hotel a perfect score if the customer service hadn't been lacking. However, they all seemed nice, just stretched thin. Perhaps bad management? All in all, I had a good experience and will be coming back. Hope next time is better

United States of Americathrough the wall ventilation was weird old. loud. was erratically off and on. Thought the $125 was a bit high. Staff was not super knowledgeable about local eateries but all were accommodating as much as possible.
having heated pool and spa was a bonus. another bonus was we had both to ourselves. Breakfast set up with hot food appreciated too. Coffee was funny.... the 24 hour coffee by front desk was more robust than the weaker coffee in breakfast room.

Nice Comfortable room. The hotel is 1 hour from the Grand Canyon's south entrance. The breakfast was good. There is no Elevator. if you have heavy luggage I suggest getting a ground floor room.

GermanyWe booked the hotel for the reason of their washing machine. However when we arrived, the reception young lady told us the washing machine is broken with not much friendliness on her face. We slept in with disappointment. The next day we asked again a guy at the reception and he gladly helped us out to use the washing machine.
