We had two very nice and calm days in this beautiful house. We slept very good in this comfortable bed and had good coffee and nice breakfast. Cindy was very kind and answered our questions about the region and gave us recommendations about the surrounding. The lake is just around the corner.

Downstairs unit felt a little like a dungeon, dark inside would have perfered little more light. However it was a very comfortable room to sleep in. Again we were not there to hibernate inside.

Convenience to the lake front and walking distance to other establishments. Clean and relaxing places to sit in shade with a nice breeze.

There’s not much not to love about this property. We usually stay in the city as we try to come down quite often, but this stay led to a unique experience. It is a short drive to get into the city of New Orleans, but well worth it. We are very happy that we stayed here and loved every minute.

The home and location were beautiful. We originally booked in the city and our room was canceled last minute. We were able to stay in the da la Blue for an exceptional price. Within a half block you have dining and Lakefront with a view of plantation style mansions. The suite we booked was exceptional with a private balcony, kitchenette area and an amazing oversized jetted tub. This was our first time staying in a B&B and it was truly unique, we would definitely stay here again.

The location is great - only a short block to the Lakefront! This was so convenient for lovely walks on the lake! The room was beautiful, roomy, spotlessly clean, neat and comfortable. We stayed in the Audubon Suite and loved it! This was our 2nd time staying at de la Bleu B&B, and we would love to stay there again. Check-in and check-out were very convenient and easy. The breakfast on the weekend was yummy, and even the weekday “Continental Breakfast” is “a step above”! We needed to extend our visit, and our hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating!! Don’t hesitate to stay at de la Bleu B&B - You will love it!

Wish there was a better way to get to the front door from the side parking lot instead of walking all the way to the front sidewalk and over.

Loved the homey feel!! The morning hot breakfast on Saturday was such a nice touch!

This was one of the cleanest B&B’s that I’ve stayed. Met the owners and they were very friendly. We were there for grandson wedding. It was perfect location for restaurants, shops and markets. Definitely worth the time spent at de la Bleau B&B

I saw in their description that they give gift baskets to their customers, I stayed for 2 days but I didn't see that.

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations.

What a fantastic little place on the northshore. We had a fantastic night, and although they were short staffed and unable to provide their famous weekend breakfast, they gave us a voucher to use at the little cafe down the street, which was fantastic. Would love to visit again!!

Everything was excellent. Clear instructions, spacious, comfortable, clean space. Comfortable bed. Right in front of the lake. We walked nearby and were able to rent bikes. From there we toured the area which is beautiful and we got to Fountainbleu Park. There are also several restaurants nearby. They were super attentive to leave us snacks. We had everything we needed for our stay.
