When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Reception check-in was nice. I had the same lady twice. She’s what I want as a receptionist. Room was quiet. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Only soap, no shampoo/conditioner | towels were absorbent but small and barely could wrap around you once.
Simple, clean, good value / Loved that you could bring up to 2 pets without an extra charge!!

It was a good 30 mins outside of town.
It was great value for money. It was close to restaurants and bars. The manager let us check in early as we had loads of luggage.

There were people walking right up to the window that were smoking. An drinking. Which was not cool no mater what your smoking. Have some morals about this.

The smoking area. The people hanging out around the back and side of the building looked a little sketchy, but they didn't bother me. I could see how some guests would feel uncomfortable.
The facilities were clean, and I appreciated the fact that the rooms were inside and that access to them was secure. The room was nice and spacious. I loved that the room had a mini fridge and microwave. I feel like that should be a given, but most hotels nowadays don't include a microwave and fridge in the suite.

No coffee maker in the room, but coffee available in the lobby in the morning.
The rooms was spacious, the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. The location is great and it is surprisingly quiet, given it's proximity to the interstate. I'd stay here again.

Definitely people smoking crack in the rooms, was able to smell it walking down the halls. Staff canceled my reservation and had to rebook with a different rate. Homeless threw a smoothie drink on my car

I didn't like that after spending 21 out of 30 days there the owner had no tolerance towards needing to use luggage rack for a minute while waiting for ride. Acted like I intended to steal it.
There was no breakfast but they had coffee. Pets are allowed but can be a bit loud if guest can't control animals. Very close shopping and gas stations. Close to rtd light rail station and food options. No deposit is a plus too

The hallway sometimes smelled and shady characters were roaming about. I wish the rooms had tissues and a coffee maker! The light behind my bed wasn't working.
They accommodated my request to be as far from the smoking area as possible. It was very quiet in my room. I enjoyed being on the top floor. And when I requested hot water, it was provided. The location is very convenient to restaurants and such.

There were a lot of people just hanging around the lobby on check in. The front desk person was very frustrated and was non existent for 10 minutes on check in. Basically everything outside the room was sketch and smelly.
Room was modern and clean. Everything worked. Well, the shower could have had more pressure but it was fine. Also wifi was bad. I just use personal data plan so I don’t care.

I did not like the racist staff member named Nikki. I have only encountered 3 times and really wish I didn’t cuz every time she has a bad attitude. She the only one that has this attitude besides this one blonde lady name Michelle. She has called me out my name multiple times under her breath and does not know how to conduct herself professionally.
