There was no available parking. Finally someone left and I took the parking space. I got my backpack and bag and walked to the office. It was dark and had a sign on the door that read, check-in was at a different motel a block or so north. It was dark, not well lit for walking and uneven sidewalks. I am 77 years old and a little wobbly walking. I did not want to give up my parking space. I just wanted to get to my room and use the restroom. I called the number on the note on the door. The receptionist was not helpful. The hotel should have made it clear that check-in was not actually at the hotel when I made the reservation! This was very upsetting!

Climate control: The windows did not work great, neither did the fan or AC. Didn’t keep us from enjoying the fresh sea air.

Execellent Location. Easy access to beach and all Pacific/Mission Beach has to offer. Our unit was small but comfortable. Staff reponsive to requests. For the price worth the stay. Reserved parking was a big plus!!

You can't check in on site, have to go to another location and parking is horrible.

The staff, location were awesome! The shower door had a gap so water leaked out and wet floor. No bath mat so had to use 1 out of 2 towels in bathroom.

Would be nice if this was a full service hotel - valet, room service, restaurant on site - but for the price you cannot beat it. Just know this is a motel/hotel that's really just a place to sleep and get ready for your day.

Excellent location, right on the beach and close to all the action. Easy to walk around, no need to rent a car. Close to SeaWorld, mall and everything else you'll want to do. The hotel was nice and we felt the value was excellent. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy and our needs were met. For an oceanfront hotel you can't beat the price.

Bed was super hard pillows were crappy. The office wasn't open. Parking was terrible.

Location was fantastic right above the stairs down to the beach. Good walking distance to a lot of bars and food.

Toilet was broken called they never came to fix it. Didnt come to clean. Big Trash can right outside room overflowing, smelly etc. Carpets extremely dirty.

Seemed very run down. Our door was plywood boarded up. The bathroom was remodeled but slapped together as cheaply as possible. The AC’s were super dirty and didn’t function very well.

The room was not ready at 3pm due to short staff, also hard to find parking.

This location is right next to the pacific Beach, just out our door steps, very convenient to enjoy the beach all day long. So much to see and do in one area in walking distance, staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

For the price it was ridiculously no lights in room no soap in shower 1 aircon didn’t work tvs very very old had to call wifi provider to down load anything
