No umbrellas in the pool area! So no shade at all which is disappointing as you can't sit in the outside area out of the sun.

The noise from the Main Street was pretty loud in the room on that side of the building. Around 10 pm there was the noise of racing cars, blaring music, etc for about an hour

Everything ran well, the room was comfortable, the bed was firm, but not too firm, the facilities were clean, the dining was adequate at night and there was a good breakfast.

When I had issues every time from the room to fees etc they said bookings.com deceived me not them and I needed to take my issues up with them. Photos of pool area look totally different in person the pool in my apartment is bigger it’s tiny, also I paid extra for “city Mountain View” and had by far worse view ever it was 8th floor and all I saw was dirty roof top of lower hotel area I had NO VIEW OF A MOUNTAIN OR CITY

The valet staff and cookies every morning were great and it’s nearby a 711 which was great for our family.

The meals were overpriced, I am disabled, and I don't always make it to the dining room for breakfast the staff would only let my husband purchase certain items for me. He was told they were following the directions from the company.

Arrived to be told our reservation had been cancelled, and we were asked to sit and wait while they sorted it out. Over 30mins of waiting, I went to the desk to find out what was happening and was told "they are speaking to booking.com" when I asked what the call was in regards to the manager on duty came to the desk and didn't seem to actually want to speak to us about the error with our reservation. We booked a 1 beedroom with mountain views....we were told the room type we booked "isn't even a room we have." I work in the hospitality industry and know how third-party bookings work. A room type should not show as available on Booking.com without the property adding it to their profile. They eventually offered us an "upgrade," and we were able to check in almost 1hour after arriving at the property. I recommend you call the property prior to your check-in date to confirm your room type and that your reservation is actually in their system! We then had a call the next day to say payment of our room had failed, we prepaid on booking.com and double-checked they had the virtual card when we were finally able to check in. 5mins after the call, we asked the receptionist and manager on duty what the issue was and we were told it was all fine. No idea why we received a call if the payment had, in fact, gone through, however my assumption is they were asking for payment to cover our "upgrade" until they realised what had happened. Everything else was great, but this definitely dampened our experience at the hotel.

Property was close to the beach and walking distance to food vans, shops, a laundromat etc. Cookies on arrival were nice. Beach towels available at the hotel. The team at the Bell desk were all super friendly and helpful!

We did not like the fact that we as a family of five were forced to change to a suite. The suite wasn’t even great, the bedroom bed was a fold out couch. A family would prefer for the bedroom to be for the parents and an actual bed not a pull out couch.

It’s a a little bit older and could use some updating but when you’re in Hawaii, you shouldn’t be in your room. You should be out exploring. I also wish that the room had a true mini fridge the fridge and the queen suite was extra mini and barely held anything.

The location was great, I prefer to be on that end of Waikīkī. It was actually very convenient for accessing excursions from the marina without having to take the car. It’s also the quieter end of Waikiki. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The front desk, the valets, and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay even greeting us by name. We were a family of five that stayed for 11 nights. The queen suite was a little tight for two adults and three teenagers but it worked. We would definitely stay here again.

Large room with great space. Big bed with super comfy pillows and linen. Nice toiletries available. Helped to have a fridge in room. Great location, not far from anything. :)
