At check in there were 4 guys clearly on a bachlor trip (with a case of beer in hand and they clearly had already drank a few beers). They were a bit rowdy at check in. Front desk gave us the room next to their's knowing I requested a 5am airport shuttle. We were in our room for about 30 minutes and could tell they were being loud and had the hallway doors to their two rooms open so we could clearly hear them. Concerned they would be up and loud late into the night I went back down to the front to see if we could switch rooms. I believe her name was Sharon, but she was not friendly about the request and practically rolled her eyes at me, but moved our room. When we showed up for our 5am shuttle front desk (different person) let me know she had a rough night dealing with 4 very drunk men who were partying until 3am... glad I pushed for a different room but wish Sharon had been more understanding about the request... Shuttle driver was very nice and friendly as well

Room was good size, probably needs an update but overall good room. Ate in the restaurant, food was good but service from Heather was OUTSTANDING. She was personable and fun.

I think my room was over a ballroom/convention room. There was loud singing for a while, but it got quiet before bed. Then the folks in that room were loud in the hall, but it was only for a short time.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle was quick, staff were friendly, restaurant in the hotel was convenient after a long day of flying.

There was not a microwave and refrigerator in the room, no fan in the bathroom to keep the mirror from fogging up after a shower. When there was coffee in the lobby there was not any decaf coffee. i could not get a cart and we had to wheel all our luggage down the hall to the elevator to get the shuttle.

The hotel was right by the airport and was convenient.

In my daughter's room towels were dirty but the rest of our rooms were clean. When I was checking in another gentleman was checking in the lady handed him a bottle of water and a cookie but I was never asked then later on I went down and asked for a bottle of water and was charged 2.00. The $40 hold for incidentals they don't tell you about a head of time.

The beds were super comfortable like sleeping on a cloud one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The Staff was friendly, I liked that the lobby had ice water during the day and in the morning had coffee.

There was no signage for the price of breakfast, we had to wait for a table to be cleaned and there were a few tables empty but dirty. Quality of the food was subpar. I’ve had better tasting food from hotels where breakfast was complimentary.

It was close to the location where we were going. Check in went smoothly but the desk agent seemed tired or distracted. Room was nice enough.

The room had no microwave. There was one microwave by the elevator that I guess everyone had to share. Also that we weren't able to laugh in our own room. There was a Karen who made a noise complaint on us when all we were doing was laughing. No music on, no loud TV, no arguments, no liquor involved (NOTHING) just genuine laughter and conversations. At the end of the day when I rent a room for leisure is to relax, unwine and enjoy my time off work. Honestly for the amount we paid for one night... laughing should no have been an issue. Going back and forth with a staff in the hallway was ridiculous (for laughing) I'm sorry for how that Karen felt but I'm not sorry for laughing and enjoying my night. That's what we paid for.

Everything was clean and it smell great the minute you walked in. Rooms were very clean and bed were very comfortable. The restaurant there had delicious food and customer service at the restaurant gets an A+.

There was no hand/bath soap in my room when I arrived, so I had to go to the front desk to get some. Breakfast is $15 per person extra.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was nice. The breakfast buffet and serving staff were great. The room was what I needed, functional and updated.

I did not like the fact that the location would not take cash upon check-in. I have never had a problem before paying cash for my room up front and putting the incidentals deposit on my card. This was a huge inconvenience and almost caused us not to stay. There was nothing online or anything posted at the hotel that gave travelers this information.

The staff could have been more expansive about informing about choices. The pastries were only adequate.
