Wall was recently repaired and was not painted. You could see the plaster. Red spots on wall in bathroom and on curtain. Looked like blood splatter. Bathroom smelled like urine.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was worn and a bit dirty and our room wasn't cleaned until we asked after 4:30 PM. Website did not disclose $15/day parking fee.

The prices for food are quite ridiculous. The breakfast buffet was not good. Cold. You should do made to order eggs included in the buffet like other doubletrees offer. The deadbolt on my door was broken. The maintenance man was very nice and tried to fix it but the hotel had to order the part needed to fix it. So no security lock for my door.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms are always spacious and very clean. Management was very helpful and courteous, very accommodating.

There is no Door man, no luggage carts available, staff unwilling to help with luggage . Parking lot located far from building. It is almost impossible to get luggage to your room if you are traveling alone. Check in is too late and there is no place to sit and wait for your room if your early. Restaurant is over priced with sloppy and limited selection.

My hotel didn't have my reservation number because apparently the computers used for booking.com and at the hotels don't communicate. They basically had two different reservations numbers. It involved a 10 minute chat on the phone with booking, i wrote down a new confirmation # and the hotel was able to check me in. Inconvenient, but it was solved.

    Love the warm cookies

The breakfast is extremely overpriced. We didn't bother with the continental because it was $14 per person. Looked at the menu to possibly order something. $15 for 3 pancakes immediately made me put the menu down. Parking is rather expensive also. $15 per night.

Rooms were nice but a little on the small side. Refrigerator was small and no microwave was a disappointment.

Check in was fast , non personal with a little bit of a communication barrier. I booked two rooms , was billed for two rooms. The other party arrived before the rooms were ready. When I arrived both room were ready yet I couldn’t check them in to save time.

I did not like that I had to walk outside from the parking garage to get back to the hotel. They did tell me I could take my bags to my room prior to parking my car (which was very thoughtful of them). But it did make it a bit of a hassle of having to walk outside in the cold. But I think this is common for hotels in this area. Just wish they had an elevator in the garage.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. I loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs as well. Great way to start the morning before leaving. The breakfast was very delicious. Of course, I'd love it if they had a "free" breakfast option and then offer a paid breakfast for more choices.

Gym could be bigger and more equipped for such a massive hotel. However it wasn't particularly crowded and could accommodate 4-6 people easily in one go.

Great staff who go over and beyond to make your stay extra special. Comfortable and very clean rooms with plenty of towels and beddings you could be in the room for days without having to request more. All round excellent experience from start to finish

Was farther from convention center than I thought and not close to restaurants. Starbucks coffee is sold on site, but not until 7 AM, which is much too late if you're traveling for business. Fortunately, there is a Starbucks across the street. There is a coffee maker in the room, but it is stocked with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Coffee. They must have run out of stirrers, because they stopped giving me one after the first day.

Room was nice - good size and very clean and comfortable. There is a Starbucks and 7-11 within easy walking distance.

Half of the parking garage entrance was barricaded all weekend due to painting of the concrete. This caused for traffic coming in and out to take the same tight path. The paint was already dry and caution tape and barricades were never removed.

Using the hotel key card was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the fact that parking was pre-paid was a plus.

I paid more for a bathtub thinking I was getting a garden tub (what the pictures showed), instead I got a standardized tub and shower combo that I couldn't even lay in. I was really disappointed in that. Wasn't worth the extra money.

Our toilet didn't work right even after they came and "fixed" it. Our room door kept getting stuck. You had to giggle it to get it to open. Had drinks in the hotel restaurant, couldn't get a daiquiri to drink by the pool because they don't make frozen drinks. Got a tequila sunrise & captain coke. Both were not good.
