Charged $15/night for parking in the front lot (not shown on the website as part of the upfront cost). They add a $200 deposit to your bill at check in that will be returned at some point after checking out (free use of the customer money for some period of time but a waste of my time needing to follow up later to verify they actually return the deposit). There isn't a simple free breakfast buffet option offered. It's a very nice, well run hotel but the extra charges plus playing games with the deposit leaves a bad taste for me.

The location was no better than the Hotel we stayed in 4 nights before but the price was considerably more. I also felt like they were nickeling & diming me. Pay for parking in an ordinary outdoor lot, if there was a room ready before 4pm, I could check in for an additional $25. Reservation accidently made in my wife's name (same last name & address as myself), I was not allowed to check in, had to get my wife out of the waiting car.

The Hotel lobby was impressive and the rooms large enough & just what you would expect. There was a bar & limited menu restaurant downstairs.

The front desk wasn't very well staffed and there was a decent check-in wait time. My biggest complaint was that I had called ahead to make sure our room was accessible and it was not, further they were so booked that we couldn't switch rooms. The bathroom towels were nice but the shower curtain was cheaply made and allowed water through.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was so hospitable, and the view was really nice. Definitely a room that I could stay in for a week or more in. There was also ample parking space for handicapped individuals.

The cleanliness definitely could’ve improved for my room. It was a bit gross. The main areas of the hotel were nice and the staff was super nice but my room was questionable.

The first room on the 2nd floor was awful. 2 of the 4 lamps were not working. It was dingy. We went back to the front desk and they moved us. Also did not like that we had to pay for parking. Seemed like a rip off as many other vehicles did not have parking passes and they were there overnight. No pool.

The second room (9th floor) and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the Shampoo and lotions they offered. The beds were comfortable.

cant make food easily . for the amount paid there are zero luxuries ie: breakfast, not even sure if there was a microwave. and have to pay for parking!?!?

There was no hot water for the majority of my stay. I was only able to shower there one night, which was odd because it seemed like after I checked into the hotel, the hot water checked out 😆 I was really upset about that.

The front desk staff, they were really nice. I like how comfortable the hotel rooms were.

The rooms are a little outdated and there was no fridge. Also, the room had single glass so there was a lot of condensation on the window seal due to the cold weather.

We could order breakfast from a menu which was nice. Friendly staff. Decent bed and clean and spaceous rooms
