Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Arriving around 5am the person at front desk was not too kind. I asked for wi-fi conection and he told me it was only available after registry. Then another person gave us a promo wi-fi code
Great location. Easy transport to Disenyland. Afordable. Good service. They keept our luggage safe during out last day.

The price was outrageous! But this is where we always stay if the prices don’t come down a little bit we will have to find a new place unfortunately also the bathroom was not cleaned as well as we would like found some pubic hairs that didn’t belong to us and the overall maintenance of the room was aging
Staff was very welcoming and friendly we always pay extra to get the breakfast buffet in the morning very enjoyable

Only 1 trash can in the room. The pull-out sofa was noisy and had a little food stain on the frame part.
The jacuzzi was nice after a long day at Disneyland. Beds were nice & clean. I liked the cookies when we arrived.

We had to ask for towels more than once as no one had come to our room on two of our 5 days . Staff at the front desk were not very helpful when asked questions about where to find the nearest grocery store or drugstore they simply handed us a map. I was also told I could pay cash when I had asked at check in then told they would not take cash at check out. We had a great time overall these were just the down points unexpected

No USB charging outlets in the room. Parking fees.

NO SHUTTLE TO DISNEYLAND. Either uber or public transportation you need to download an app, pay and request a ride and wait for the public bus. on top of that parking your car with taxes totals around $33 per night.
Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, microwave and fridge. Texting the front desk is very easy and convenient. Friendly staff. Tasty food at the restaurant

Only 2 small bottles of water per the stay no matter how long you stay and how many people staying. The swimming pool area could be renovated. We didn’t use it because it was quite shabby.
The front desk was helpful. The room is quite convenient. The lobby is nice. All in general all was great.

The room is a little tight and could use another bathroom. For a double queen suite, it could use at least another toilet for groups of people to stay in the room comfortably.
The staff were really nice! They gave us a lot of cookies (lol). The hotel is also super close to Disneyland. My group didn’t go, but it is within walking distance for those who want to go.

Lobby Coffee Bar needs upgrading. Food and dining options could be better. Rooms could use some interior color upgrades.
Very Clean and well kept. Pricing is affordable. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Hotel is appropriate for business and leisure. Parking is great!

I did not like being charged to park at the hotel. And the parking fee was unreasonably high.
