some of the staff were a little rude to people and it made the experience okay. We are okay with the stay but it wasn't the greatest place to stay.

There was only one person checking in guests even though it was 4 p.m., the earliest check-in time. The vehicle/street noise was very loud making it difficult to sleep

I wish I had a microwave in the room. I wished I could’ve streamed from my cellular device to the TV. However I am not sure if the Samsung tv was compatible with my Apple device for streaming or screen sharing,

Things in our room were stained (office chair), and broken (leg of the dresser), it just didn’t seem well maintained. Parking is convenient but extremely expensive at $38 a night.

A little rust stain in tub but rest of room was beautiful. Had a corner room overlooking city which was fun but ended up being really noisy throughout the day and even until like 12:30 am (drag racing sounds , horns etc ) I realize it’s a city though and to insulate the room from outside noise isn’t possible if you want a view of city.

Large lobby, good food at on site restaurant and very conveniently located for shows and other activities. Had its own garage with easy access.

The room we had this time, wasn't like the room we had in June, the bathroom was a lot smaller than before, water was leaking from the toilet, so we walked into a wet bathroom floor, but no biggie. the ceiling in the room itself had like dark lines going across it, that didn't bother us too much, but other than that the room was " okay" for it just being for the night. oh, and the parking lot attendant, was very rude and unwelcoming.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! the young lady we had was awesome, she checked us in and gave us our cookies and we were on our way, The view we had was great, but the next time we stay I will get a lower-level room, lol, maybe not. lol

We booked via booking.com and when booking I selected disability access room. We did not need this type of room and did not realize what I had booked but upon realizing we assumed it would just be a 1st floor room. (completely my fault and hold my hands up to that) when we got there the room was next to the lifts it was incredibly noisy. My husband asked if there was anyway we could switch to another room (simply based on the location nothing actually wrong with the room) he was told none were available but they would let him know if someone cancels. He later asked again explaining we were not even bothered if we are downgraded to a smaller room and it did not need to be disability access but any room but he explained the lift room was a big problem. The staff said there was nothing they could do as we booked through booking.com and there were no rooms. My husband then went online to the hotels website and found a rooms available for the very night we were there. He called reception and explained this and we were told we could have the room but there would be a charge! No problem we happily agreed and moved rooms. My criticism is, even though we did book through booking.com we are still guests and we were even willing to take a downgrade. Why were the other rooms not offered to us when we explained we wanted to move? Yes there was a charge but we had no issue paying that as we were the ones who selected the wrong room but I do not think my husband should have had to go online and point out there were rooms available for us to be offered one. We had no issue paying more if that was the concern if the question had of been asked before just been told there were no rooms.

The location for centre city is perfect especially if you are going to the academy of music. The king size room we were in was very comfortable and clean.
