The only issues that I had were the $22 per night parking that I must have missed when booking the hotel and the Free WiFi was absolutely terrible. I could not get good connection to save my life and I didn't want to pay for the premium WiFI.

The location and the property were amazing! I was staying there to play at Graton Resort and Casino and I couldn't have picked a more convenient location!

Noisy by the pool. Love everything else.

Close to my location. I appreciate the staff. The pool is full of people. I wouldn't join. It was just too much noise and crowding.

They oversold the rooms and we had to stay in a less quality room the first night out of two, and it was my husband's birthday. They offered a partial refund of the first night, but it went back to booking.com instead of directly to my card and I had to go through some heroics to get the money back. When I complained, they did upgrade our room on the 2nd night, so that definitely helped make up for the inconvenience.

Good sized rooms nice balcony. Nice bar. Loved the location and the surprise that there was a casino nearby, which was great for late night eats.

Charge too much for parking, expensive breakfast, there was a lot of noise from the above room. Couldn't sleep. The price didn't refect the experience.

Later restaurant hours. Accepting responsibility for stolen cash from our wallet inside a bag, inside the closed closet. Courtesy mailing our left-behind items. More updated bathrooms. The body lotion ran out in the dispenser and was not replenished. Better Towels.

The hotel could use some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The heated swimming pool and large hot tub were fantastic. The restaurant was just simply OK, but had short hours (until 9 pm). We had cash stolen from our bag and the hotel didn't accept responsibility. We also forgot a couple of items in a drawer, and even though we complained to the staff that we had cash stolen, they charged us to mail us the items, they didn't offer to mail them free as a curtesy.

The one thing I didn't like was paying to park my car....we had to stay closer to a dr.s appointment in sonoma and we are staying again today for my wifes surgery..after today we will have more time to look for places that don't charge for parking it's ridiculous

checked in after 24 hour of flights.. NO greeting No luggage help ( or even offer !) assigned to a back hallway…..2 halls down from the elevator on 4th floor 👀alot of walking for a late check in ..& no bell boy…. in a hotel that appeared EMPTY (?)

Check-in time of 4 pm is pretty late; although I was able to check in when I arrived around 2:45 pm. I don’t like paying a parking fee. No microwave in room.

Location is good and quiet. Lobby is very nice. Lots of seating and televisions for guests. Happy there was a bar too. Rooms were nice.

Sneaky parking charges. Pre 1.1.25. Was $18 a night after that it went to $20 a night. Parking lot was empty. Compared to previous visits. No vending machines. Instead you have to go to the front desk for. Snacks and drinks.

It’s centrally located for us. We have been here several times. Love the hot tub and the proximity to good pizza and the freeway. Drink selection is nice.

They bug come up in the bathroom not sure if they where water bugs or ants but the changes my room and comp my parking that was it I felt the should have offered half off my room

The location was right by Garton casino which o was going to try and and support the Evertt and Jones BBQ at that location

No Room Service menu, so one had to go to the restaurant to order for room service. Limited TV

The bed sheets felt a little rough, and control of the AC was limited, esp for the price we paid. We sleep hot, so like to keep the room cold.

Location was good for what were doing that weekend. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Area is beautiful.

Pool was not as relaxing as we’d hope, because there were a lot of families with kids. On the other hand, if you have kids, it’s perfect.

The staff here are always so friendly. The affordability v proximity: It’s not very close to wineries but it is centrally located and is a lot more affordable than staying near vineyards.

Extra cost for parking ($17 dollars per day), extra cost (reservation required) for some of the lounge chairs around the pool. Rooms could be cleaner and could use an update. Overall the value does not match the cost.

The location is great: Close to the Highway, but not on it. Nice lobby with a bar, a restaurant, pool tables and several armchairs to spend time in comfort. The swimming pool and the workout room were nice, clean and easy to access. The restaurant and its staff were excellent for breakfast and dinners.
