Property owners weren't initially responsive to questions or messages, but communication improved the day of arrival

There were some small issues such as the door to the primary bathroom not closing at all. The other bathroom door was also hard to pull open. The curtains did not shut properly as one part was falling off the rails in the primary. The door to the detergent for the washing machine also had broken off. Could not find the switch for the fan and the main lights in the primary so was very dark. There is a huge dog that barks living on the veranda next door. Each time you went out to the verandas he would bark. Also the dog would spill his food onto our veranda inadvertently.

Location was close to many conveniences like restaurants and shops. Also close to the highway entrance. Parking was easy too.

The check in process. As a booking host myself , after 6 hr flight , I didn’t enjoy having to wait

Decent part of downtown LA. Good area for walking to things you may want or need to go to. Starbucks, Whole Foods , a few restaurants etc. I travel once or twice a months. This was my first time staying at this location in LA. But, I’d defenitely stay here again.

Several cars nightly were broken into and windows smashed on our vehicle. Every night!!

You can tell hasn’t been cleaned properly:( my son dropped his toy under couch and was a bunch of trash , and we saw roaches .. Its amazing place , to the owner remember why you got into hospitality business families go to get away and stay somewhere that feels like home especially for the price , it’s a beautiful place more heart needs to go into it.

Great location in downtown LA. Pool, gym, basketball court were great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, groceries. Lots of space in the apartment. Added bonus they had a washing machine and dryer.

There's weird stuff like in many rental apartments where there is an amazing kitchen but it is missing knives that you can cook with, there are No bowls at all, and other things that would be useful to actually use the kitchen when traveling with family. But that seems to happen a lot when we travel, so not an abnormal thing.

Second bedroom was very small, barely fits a bed but it wasn’t a big problem.

There was a lot of messaging, a lot of reading, seemed a little complicated but in the end worked out ok. Had to pay a $ 500 us deposit on top of accommodation which has not been returned despite request. I am a little disappointed as it was to be returned within a few days.

The cleaning was ver very bad. I found in the bathroom of the principal bedroom small cockroaches. The curtain in the principal bedroom was really dirty also the windows.

We loved the quiet and quality place. The mood was peacefully and we liked it. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

mattress were old you should change it . people who coordinated delivery of the keys were pressuring me to arrive at their time. you should automatiza and give a code for arriving any time . once I arrived they made me wait for 45 minutes . and when I was checking out I delayed for 30 minutes and they’re were particularly chasing me , with the cleaning lady and sending emails about. please read conditions we are going to charge you additional fees !

Microwave latch was jammed and couldn’t use it. The check-in process could be smoother as you have to wait on the street somewhere, not at the actual address of furnished apartment-hotel, for someone to come and deliver the keys.

Fantastic apartment in downtown LA within walking distance to transit and attractions such as Broad Museam. Great facilities on 4th floor such a fitness center, pool, and rooftop cinema. Two blocks from Whole Foods market to pick up dinner at hot/cold buffet bar.
