The bed sheets were a little rough, and the bed itself a little firm.

The view was fantastic. Better than ever expected. The location was great. Room was bigger than expected, and very clean.

There was no daily housekeeping and when we did request it, the trash was not emptied and the bathroom was not cleaned or even spot cleaned.

The room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The keurig was great along with storage for kitchen items and food. The location next to the shuttle into Zion which was convenient

Everything was wonderful. No complaints at all.

We were “wowed” by the beautiful sandstone peaks and when we got up in the morning and the soothing babbling of the Virgin River. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. The staff kept us up-to-date as we were running close to their last check-in hour. They were incredibly gracious and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Love being able to park the car at arrival and not start it again until we left. Close enough to walk into town, but far enough to be relaxing and quiet - and if we didn't feel like walking to town, then we had the shuttle available. Room was clean and spacious. We arrived very late and had not been in communication with hotel because of spotty cel service, but they handled it perfectly - leaving a note for us on the door with all the instructions we needed. Coming back!

Breakfast not included. Could hear some noise between hotel rooms.

Views were great! Best part was how accessible it was to the town (and being on the shuttle to the Zion Visitor Center!) We could walk into town or take the shuttle.

Heater/air conditioner was loud but we just turned it off and didn’t use it.

Clean, quiet and had a balcony with an amazing view. You can easily walk to local restaurants and shops from here. Right by a shuttle stop that goes to entrance Zion NP. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also located about 1.5 miles from entrance of Zion so it was quieter and not a lot of people or noise.

Didn't like the fact that there was only one place to get ice - required a little walk from the room

Room had a view of the river running behind the property so one morning we were able to see some of the native wildlife. The room itself was large enough to accommodate 3 people and their luggage comfortably. The room had its own coffee maker, with coffee, which was nice, as well as a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. The walk in shower was especially nice. Also loved the close proximity to the entrance to Zion National Park.

The sink and toilet/shower were separate and the smoke detector was right above the sink so the steam using a flat iron briefly set off the alarm. I had to stand there and fan the steam away the whole time

    The location was great

The only downside I can think of was that the on-site restaurant, King's Landing, was closed for the season (travelled in February). The staff gave fantastic restaurant recommendations and offered breakfast vouchers to a local restaurant (which was delicious) at a discounted rate. Just wish we could've tried King's Landing because more than one local told us it was the best restaurant in town.

The room was incredibly spacious with doors both to the parking lot and to the pool/grounds. The beds were comfortable, clean, and plenty of pillows were provided (four incredibly comfortable pillows per bed). The room was absolutely spotless with amazing views of the sandstone cliffs surrounding Springdale. To top it all off, the staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They provided clear and concise instructions for our late night arrival, gave plenty of fantastic recommendations for hikes suitable to our our family traveling with a toddler--including some hidden gems that I had never heard of even as a Utah native--and fantastic restaurant recommendations.
