Didn't like the size of our first room next to the pool.

Obviously no control over a beach destination in the rain but perhaps property management could offer a future discount of some sort on another booking or offer discount with some of the restaurants as a rainy day perk win win for resort and local businesses.

Close proximity to the beach though on this weekend the weather was mostly rain despite this the heated pool was open and when the rain stopped we were able to swim. I love the fact that this property is outside the downtown of Montauk and draws a more family oriented crowd. Will return in the future.

Was told check in was at 4pm. Received message during the day that we could check in at 12:30 pm however, I did not get the message until 4:30 pm as there was no cell phone service. I also was not told that the office closes at 5pm and when we arrived I could not get in the unit and had to call the property manager. It was not until 5:30 pm that I received a text message advising me of the unit number and access code. It was upsetting to think we may not be able to stay at the unit and was getting dark soon. Little scary as we drove 2 hrs to get there.

Love the upgrade on the rooms very clean . The staff very nice and helpful hopefully next year they will allowed you to bring a small pet my dog would enjoy joy this place I will pay anything to have my dog come with me next time.

The price was excessive; not yet Memorial Day. The bathroom tissue too far from the toilet.

The room reeked of maple syrup. We have no idea what this smell was or where it came from. We left windows and doors open to try and air it out, but it lasted all three days and was SO strong. Like where was this coming from??

Beautiful room, great that it had a kitchenette. Right next to the beach. The front desk staff was incredibly kind. Would book that room again.

Everything was fine as far as the Resort , service etc. My only possible warning to future customers would be that all the units are right next to each other with no separation in the section we were in. If you are looking for privacy when you come out the beach door of the unit there probably won't be any when in season. You can obviously walk down the beach as far as you want and have your privacy. We were there in mid October and the summer rush was over.

We had unit 4 which was very comfortable, very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view is beautiful. The ocean is maybe a 150 feet away. Sunrise and Sunset views are fantastic.

Nice view and hearing the waves crash at night. Also a very nice beach and good service for chairs and umbrella. A quick drive to Montauk for dining out.

Studio was a little outdated, as of 3 ppl stay sofa-bed was a nightmare to sleep on in our room.

Not far from the town but far enough to be a quiet relaxing stay. Pool was great, steps from the beach. Outdoor patio and your own grill to use was perfect!

WIFI was terrible and bed was too soft. We both woke up with backaches other than that it was great and we hope to return next year. Hopefully they’ll fix their WIFI issues and too soft beds by then. Also, when returning to the resort from Montauk village the DRIFTWOOD sign is not very visible and we drove past it a few times and had to turn around.

Location was perfect and we loved our particular unit. Very private and so close to the ocean.

Two guest slept on the Queen bed which they said was comfortable. I slept on the sleeper sofa which the mattress could use an upgrade. But since it was only a 1 night stay it really didn’t matter.

The room was very nice…clean & very nicely updated & furnished. The back door of the room led to a very nice covered outdoor space leading to the beach! The pool area looked very nice as well…
