Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I have nothing to complain about.. 10/10 place to stay!
We received free breakfast and dinner daily. Free soda machine able to be used all day. Three free adult beverages daily during your stay. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Could have used more bubble action in hot tub. All the workers were amazing and went above and beyond to help. Very clean hotel and great price!

The only thing I didn't particularly care for were the pillows. They felt lumpy to me.
I loved that dinner was included in the price and that they offered adult drinks in the evening. I also GREATLY appreciated Kristen at the front desk for her help! I wanted to surprise my children with a small egg hunt on Easter morning, and Kristen was nice enough to type up a short note from the Easter Bunny. She went above and beyond to help us finish our trip special, and I truly appreciate her customer service!❤️❤️❤️

Kids are not being supervised by parents in a hot tub. Children screaming in the pool outside our room until the pool closed.
The hot tub was nice and warm.

On arrival I asked the front desk attendant about the pet policy. She explained that there was going to be a $50 charge for the pet. I asked her was that a one time fee she said yes. When i checked out I was charged $50 per night for the pet. Which was totally different from what I was told at check in. I called back and spoke with the manager and she didn't show any empathy or attempt to make things better for me "the customer"
Breakfast was good! Very nice selection of food to choose from. The biscuits were amazing

My room was directly over the outside pool. Alot of kids screaming all the way up until the pool closed at 10. If I needed to rest I would have been upset.
Good. I also liked the pulled pork sandwiches Saturday evening. Most places don't offer meals at hotels.

Breakfast; lots of food options, all was good, except the chunks of potatoes were dry and inedible. "Snacks" in the evening was a meal. I was thankful for the salad option.

Size of the pool. But we stayed on a very busy weekend
Loved the free breakfast and dinner. And of course the free fountain pop and popcorn were a huge hit for the kids! Also the location was great and close to the zoo

My experience at Drury Inns has been that the staff does an excellent job taking care of their guests - somewhat lacking here in Dublin, but not the fault of the staff. The inn seemed to be understaffed to be able to keep pool towels stocked, popcorn fresh, and food and drinks readily available to guests per usual Drury Inn superior standards.

The helpfulness/friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness of the property. The ease of using booking.com and the seamlessness of the check in experience.
It was clean, the people who work there were kind and helpful! I always advise against the continental breakfast but this one was stellar! Location was great eatery’s/shopping were nearby. Pools indoor/outdoor jacuzzi available until 10pm.
